Our most recent experience with american home shield was our built in oven quit working. I called and ahs was right on the ball they started working right then and soon we had a kenmore service man at our house. the service man checked out the oven and said it could not be repaired and he talked with ahs,they had a meeting and found out we could not get parts for the oven. Soon a new oven arrived at our house and a little later a repairman came and installed the oven. We are very pleased with ahs they have been a blessing to us during the past 14 years and we are very thankful to them.

Service technician responded within very reasonable time. This person had taken care of a previous problem and was familiar with our needs. He gave a completely thorough analysis of the problem and offered his recommendations to correct the problem. From this experience I would contact this contractor for future needs whether part of my AHS program or not.

Nothing is worse than being without ANY water at all. We placed our call with American Home Shield on a Saturday afternoon around 4pm. The contractor called us about 7:30pm that same evening and was going to come out that night. However, a severe thunderstorm came out, but he was there Sunday morning at 8:20am, and we had water again by 9:30am. Great, fast service!!

Amercian Home Shield customer service is very professional and kind. Contractors return calls immediately; explain the issue and also answer questions if asked. Maybe find services that work on weekends.

The contractors all gave me a time frame of when to expect them and always called ahead to inform me they were on their ways. All of them were professionally dressed and well groomed. All were friendly and helpful.

I do not remember the last service I requested, its been over year ago. It may have been the plumber. If that's correct, h was on time, was neat, fixed the problem in short order. Over the past 25 plus years I've had very little to complain to AHS about.

It's so easy to request service online. The contractor always calls within 24 hours to schedule. The contractor can always accommodate our service call quickly. They are always experienced and knowledgeable.

The contractor told me I had first call, but did not show up until 11 am. The service man explained that another one of the servicemen had a water heater install that he could not do by himself. The time change was done without communicating to me, at all. I could have gone to work and came home for lunch instead of losing a half day of pay. The service man was professional and did a great job, once he arrived.

I have been pleased witht he response time from America Home Shield and their vendors when I have needed assistance with plumbing and air conditioning repairs. Also, I had a gas dryer issue that was handled and there has been no further problems. The contractors are knowledgable and efficient.

I have had AHS service personnel out twice for separate issues with my pool. Both were timely in arriving, neat in appearance, very knowledgeable in all aspects of my equipment. The repairs were made quickly. I am extremely pleased with your company and your people.

A central outside Air Conditioning unit was not working and I was told by the contractor that it needed to be replaced. A few days later AHS called and within 10 days the unit was purchased and replaced by an outstanding contractor. The entire service was outstanding.

Contractor turned up very promptly and knew what to look for. Had diagnosed a blown capacitor within a few minutes and had a spare he could fit instantly. Very good service,

Need svc call for plumbing called set up a request I had a response within an hour from contractor they were professional and prompt

It took to service calls to get the issue fixed with my dryer. But he was on time if not early which I appreciated because I need to get to work

I had called a plumber for indoor spa, was told I need an electrician, this was coordinated so well that I was credited and charged one visit only and the electrician arrived the next day and my spa is running

American Home shield handled my request promptly and customer service was great. My problem was remedied efficiently by the contractor I had requested. Job was well done by both plumber and AHS.

We discovered a leak in our furnace ventilation system, and called AHS immediately. They sent a contractor out within a day, who not only repaired the leak, but fixed the repairs of a previous HVAC technician, all for the cost of our AHS service fee. The service was timely, efficient, and extremely low cost. Thanks AHS!

The contractor visited me based on my schedule and called prior to arriving. We distresssed the problem and he started to work on my dryer. He explained that he would have to order a part and the office would call me when it came in and reschedule. Everyone followed through and in a timely manner.

I have use this service for years. Never have I had any complaints with any of the contractor. Appliances repaired with no questions asked. Usually repairs are completed in 24 hours depending on the time that I call for a repair.

My dryer was not working I placed a service call on Monday. The customer service agent scheduled a service call for Wednesday early morning. The technician showed up on time repaired the dryer quickly and efficiently without leaving behind a mess. I was extremely pleased with both the customer service department and the technician.
