AHS responded immediately and contacted the Contractor. The contractor contacted us within a very short time. When the contractor arrived he diagnosed the problem immediately, did a temporary fix, and did a complete fix the next day with the correct parts.

Customer service was very good, however, there needs to be some type of emergency contractor being on call when there are medical emergencies - it was extremely hot and I have COPD and asthma and being without air for 2 days with a 7 month old and a 3 year old almost put me in the hospital. The contractor was very nice, professioinal and thorough with his work and clean up

Slight misunderstanding about the repair or replacement of dishwasher. However, it was cleared up satisfactorily & check was sent pronto. Both replacement checks for other appliances were received timely & with no problems.

On the last time we experience a problem with the a/c unit the repairman was there within 6-hours and we were up and running again. We called AHS and told them the problem, the repairman fixed, we paid our $60 deductible, and it was done! No fuss, no worries, no problem. Thank you AHS. This is why we continue to renew my warranty going on four years. Tim and Shirley Martin

Since becoming a member of AHS, my experience has been very good. The contractor did a good job replacing a hose on the garbage disposal. He left his work area as he found it, clean and tidy. I have no complaints. Thank you for providing excellent service.

everything was very convenient, the service provider was professional and courteous, however they did overlook a gasket connection when replacing the garbage disposal. we noticed the leak and they sent out a technician to take care of it. everything was all good, but we did get a bill for the follow-up service, which was incorrect seeing as how that service was directly related to the original service for which we had already paid the deductible. anyway, just a confusion on the billing side of things, otherwise we are very happy to have the protection when things like a broken or leaking garbage disposal come up!

So easy, my child gould have done it. Had an AC issue, went on line to AHS to report it, a contractor contacted me that same morning. The contractor came out that afternoon! Worked the issue, made some adjustments to my outdoor and indoor units and started a leak check. The AC worked well after the contractors visit. The contractor returned after a week to verify that the AC system had no leaks and once again checked the outside and inside units for maximum performance. I have had no trouble with my AC system at all over this summer.

I personally have been with American Home Shield a very long time. I have had several service call in the last few months and have been very please with the service. The last service I had was handle very fast, things was handle and done in a professional, as well as friendly. By experience I have notice that if or when is a problem that customer service is eager to assist in trying to solve the problem. I would and have suggestive AHS to other people which to my understanding they have purchase. Thank you

My last experience with American Home Shield was a very good one. The person who came out was friendly and located the problem right away. I appreciate AHS for sending good workers out when you need help. I am fortunate to have AHS for my insurance. I also like the response when I call for service. The service I have received has always been good.

It is easy! One call and my problem was on its way to being fixed! My husband was helping and he stopped up the sink by putting a cabbage core down the disposal! Back up in the sink and a real mess. Called and reported problem, plumber called same day but as it was the weekend the problem would be fixed Monday. Plumbers were great and sure knew their business. Problem solved and my husband was off the hook well not exactly it did cost him dinner out over the weekend. Great dealing with American Home Shield. It does take the worry out of finding some to correct a problem!

The HVAC went out on Friday night. I was able to work with American Home Shield to have a contractor sent to my house on Saturday to fix the unit. The hvac contractor was resolved my issue in 30 min.

Since we have had the protection of American Home Shield, we have experienced various problems with our home air conditioning with one even leading to the replacement of our outside unit. While all of the contractors have been courteous and prompt, most have only done what was required with the order . . . nothing more, nothing less. Even so, some of the problems seemed re-occur again every year or two. Of course AHS' concern is for efficient and capable repair and they cannot be aware of the personality nor thoroughness of the contractor or his representative. This most recent repair work involved a personality that was most gregarious and friendly. After discussing the problem and completing the basic job, he delved further with questions and inspection that eventually led to other actions to correct the problem over a longer period of time. Of course time will tell the story of his success. For certain, we are very pleased and, if necessary, would welcome a subsequent call by

Notifying AHS about a problem is always very easy and efficient. Sometimes the contractor takes up to 2 days to reply, which is difficult if there is a plumbing problem, but generally the contractors are able to solve the problem without much of a hassle.

I had my dryer repair by your contractor he was friendly, family type man. He did a marvelous job, first he explain step by step what he was doing. He invited me to stay and watch each step. Third he went the extra mile to show me how cleaning the filter saves from the oil collecting lint will save on repair. He really knew his job inside and out. I was assured that he had done a great job before leaving my resident.

I was pleased with the quick response from the contractor. I checked him out on Yelp when I found out who AHS was sending, but contrary to other reviews, we found him to be neat and efficient and responsive. We were very pleased.
