We called about 2 plumbing problems and our response was very quick and the plumber who showed up was very professional. He fixed both our problems and was very courteous.

When I call AHS very nice helpful the contractor call to set up the home visit they was on time he found the problem, we had to wait on the part about 2 are four days . I had a major problem with a water pipe that ran under my townhouse. The pipe had a 2 foot hole in it and was causing a water backup in the basement. AHS helped me with the expenses to fix the pipe. While they could not provide a service provider with the expertise to diagnose or fix the problem, my coverage did help me pay for part of the expenses to replace the damaged pipe.

Service was absolutely fabulous with Taylor and Tyler for our Ac thru AHS. Timely, efficient, very clean, courteous and very knowledgeable. Subcontractor and AHS were able to work on prices and agreement after a phone call.

In our last experience with AHS, we had a problem with our air conditioner. AHS had a contractor out in about 3 days. The contractor repaired our air conditioner in a short time (about an hour). The contractor was knowledgeable and professional.

We were visited by a friendly and knowledgeable contractor who helped us with our problem and asked if there were additional issues that he might help with as well. Our contractor was professional in every way you might want one to be.

I went online to report a need for service for our dryer on Sunday evening. Monday morning i received a phone call from the contractor asking to setup an appointment for that day. The contractor arrived at the time stated in our conversation. Contract diagnosed the probel with dryer, went to the parts store and came back 15 minutes later to complete the repair. The contractor was in a well marked van and had a nice clean uniform on when we greated him at the door.

My problem was a leaking water heater. I received a call from the plumber very quickly, but the one that called could not take care of replacing the water heater for a number of days. I told him it was not acceptable and called AHS again. The lady immediately contacted another plumber in my town and the new water heater was installed within a couple of hours. I was extremely pleased with the quick service and the care the plumber took to not damage my home.

I contacted AMHS to report a non-working garbage disposal. Within two days an approved repair person arrived & tested the disposal--replaced it with a new one--he was very professional and we are happy!!!!i

The aircondition broke I call AHS and immediate send a contractor to place a brand new one only one day it took to put the new one, very good job!! plus it wasn't easy the aircondition/ heater is on the top of the roof the contractor did a great job is been 4 years since this was done and no problems since then. CALLED IN, LEFT MESSAGE ABOUT WHAT I NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED, REPAIR COMPANY CALLED ME TO SET UP AN APOINTMENT TIME. THEY CAME OUT TO REPAIR SERVICE, THEY CALLED ME WHEN THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY, THEY REPAIRED THE PROBLEM IN A SHORT TIME, I PAID MY SERVICE FEE AND THAT WAS ALL. QUICK AND PROMPT.

I was called & advised that the tech was on his way. He then called & gave a specific time of arrival. He was dressed well (and wore a Razorback cap-the ONLY team). He took down all the details of my problem and had the correct tools and parts in his van to resolve my problem in a timely manner. I will request that he come if I have another situation happen that needs to be resolved.

AHS responded immediately to my call about a water leak in utility room. Technician sent out immediately who was clean, courteous, and had very helpful suggestions. My questions were answered with respect to me as a woman who needed a knowable contractor. Five years ago I had a water leak in same place, and I am able to compare.

AHS was prompt in locating a contractor. The contractor's workmen did not communicate too well with each other. There was a delay in repairing due to two different ones being sent to the job at different times and each had to evaluate the situation again rather than carry through with the first evaluation because there had been no communication between the two.

No reason for me to change. after all these years of very good service from AMS selecting service people who new exactly what to do, A get in and get the job done answering any questions i might have. the type of people you want back ,if need be. thanks for asking

American Home Shield is great to have. I had an issue with my home central air and got an immediate response from the contractor once I reported the issue. The contractor was professional, timely, and fixed the problem. American Home shield followed up to ensure that my issue was addressed and that I was satisfied with the results.

American Home Shield's contractors are very responsive to repair requests. The repairs are scheduled within 24 hours (sometimes within two!) of the request and completed within a day or two (depending on my schedule). Very seldom is a contractor late from the appointed time. They are always courteous, respectful and knowledgeable of the item.
