The last service I had was for my garage door. I request the service on line and AHS called me right away to give me the contractor information. The contractor came on time, he had said 10am to 12pm, and he was at my house 10am sharp, he was courteous and fix the door pretty quick.

Quick response time, decent contractors. If I have to recall out a contractor the wait time on the phone is very long. It would be helpful to have the recall online to help customers and customer service. I am satisfied with ahs.

We've had two problems in our home over the last few weeks. AHS was great and timely in getting the repairs done. The servicemen that arrived were knowlegable and did the job quickly and courtously.

The ahs customer service agent was very helpful. I replaced a replaced water heater that lasted only 9 months. A contractor came out earlier than the time specified to diagnose the issue. Had to get parts and returned quickly and replaced the water heater. All in all a great experience.
