I received a very prompt response to my online service request. The company that was contracted contacted me within 24 hours of the initial request. And was able to send out a repairman the very same day.

My wife and I have always had good experiences with AHS. They are very professional and quick and resolve problems no matter how serious. I think everyone should have American Home Shield to protect their very valuable assets.

I am very satisfied with the contractor that came to my home to repair my air conditioner. He was very professional.Went right to work to locate the problem. He repaired the problem, and there was no charge due to the fact that they were just here for a service call.

Due to a Sear's , who were unable to keep their appointment for my washer, I sat home for this appointment .. I called customer service and they were aware of my frustration and were so kind. AHS is a must have for homeowners. We have had it since we bought home new 17 yrs ago. It has given me peace of mind when it comes to my home and appliances. Things always break when you don't have the money for repairs or replacement .

My a/c unit went out during a heat wave, was told it may be 3 days, the next day the contractor called me they had a cancelation would i be avail short notice in about 3 hours. i was and it was repaired the gentleman that came even did extra some extra cleaning that wasnt required . it was great. back up and running within a day.

The customer service rep. kept us up to date as to when we could expect the repairman who would install our appliance. Once the repairman started to work he discovered that he couldn't install the product. We would need to have the backsplash cut in order to properly install the appliance. We called a friend who is also an installer and he said the backsplash did not have to be cut. He came and installed the appliance in 15 minutes. We emailed a picture of the finished installation to American Home Shield

The service I received from American Home Shield and the contractor used to do the work was outstanding. I have been having issues with the air conditioning for sometime. As problems would surface from season to season, leakstop and quick fixes were used for a while. AHS realized that a permanent solution was needed and agreed to replace the entire A/c system. I was very pleased with this resolution and the townhouse is now cool again! Thank you, AHS and Piedmont Metro!

We had a problem with our Heat pump and I called another company for repair. We were told we needed a whole new unit. I called American Home Shield and their contractor fixed our heat pump within 2 days and it works great! he was very fast, polite and AWESOME! Saved us a ton of money and it only took one phone call for him to get the necessary part. We were told it should last another 7-8 years.

Quality of service with the contractor are honest and reliable. Each contractor provide details and nature of the problem they are very helpful. Quick, first class service. We needed our washing machine repaired. It was vibrating like crazy and not agitating. The repairman diagnosed the problem and repaired the machine in one visit.

I have just recently moved from 3108 Kemper Drive, to 4682 Northwood Hills Drive, and my new wife also has American Home Shield and we had an Air Conditioning problems, you were contacted, the subcontractors were contacted and did an excellent job within a very tight window due to the weather. We were thoroughly pleased with the response time, the contractor and the overall product is great.

I had a huge water pipe break in Dec 2012. At the same time of service, another problem with plumbing discovered adding to the leak. The service man called AHS and it was authorized for repair I less tha 10 minutes

My last experience with AHS was when my drainage pipe was clogged and had to have a plumber come out to fix it. It was an issue we had troubleshot in the past and the initial fix didn't take. AHS sent out the plumber, fixed the problem shortly and we weren't charged our fee again, which was AWESOME! : )

We have been a customer for years, and have had very good response when we needed service. The most recent service, we had a contractor out the next day, very professional, courteous, efficient; he diagnosed the problem and said he would need to return with a second person, as the repair and replacement of parts would require two servicemen. He returned when he said, with the second contractor, completed the job, and we were very pleased with the service.

The entire process of utilizing my AHS coverage for a oven that wouldn't work any more was absolutely perfect. Quick response from AHS, quick response from contractor and quick completion of the job. Contractor was friendly, clean and provided educational information about the problem.

My heat went out in January, I was able to pay the $75 service fee and have it fixed instead of buying a new unit. The service company was awesome and the repairmen were clean and very friendly.

Submitting a service request is very easy. The contractor contacted me the same day and scheduled an appt for the next day. They ended up canceling 25 minutes before the end of the 2 hour timeframe given for the appt. Luckily the technician showed up the next day (Saturday) right on time.
