i had a link under my kitchen sink. I called American Home Shield scheduled an appointment for a contractor to come out. The contractor came a few days later and found the problem and in a couple of hours the problem was fixed. The contractor was courteous, efficient and he also cleaned up once he was done.

The break down of my hot water heater happened on a Sunday, but after I called AHS right away they reassured me that a plumber would be notified and would contact me the next day. The customer service agent was prompt to do this. Truss and Son called and came out early that morning in order to check the problem and since it was necessary they made a request to AHS for me to have a new hot water heater. Life is really made easier by having AHS who takes care of the problem by calling a dependable contractor and in turn paying for the services. All I had to pay was a service charge. And the monthly fee is well worth it. Thank You

I had a water heater replace America home shield was there for me when I made the call.they set up everything by contacted the plumber. And they called me with in 4 hours to make appointment with me.they was very nice and cleaned up everything. Very polite and America home shield was very polite over the phone I have recommend this service to mine family members in which they said then will signed up.

The response of the contractor was very prompt, within 12 hours. They accomidated my schedule as best they could within the confines of their business hours and we're actually earlier (with a phone call in advance) tha the scheduled time. The technician was courteous and proficient and resolved the issue.

My experience with American Home Shield has been a life safer, cost savings is great. My heat went out during the winter, I call American Home Shield I was contacted within that same day. The contractors was very professional, he explained what the problem was and what was causing the problem and I was told if the problem continues to give them a call back.

It took awhile, but working with AHS and my contractor, we're finally replacing my old heating/AC unit! This service has not been completed at this time, but it is scheduled. I appreciate the help from AHS in working with the cost of the unit.

The contractor contacted me before he came to ensure I was at home. The contractor was at my house at the time he said and he did not leave any material for me to clean up. The contractor explain everything he had to do to resolve my issue. The contractor had to return when part was ordered and he finished the job in a timely manner. He addresed me by my last name with the proper prefix. The contractor left a receipt that detail what he had done and how much I paid for the services. He was polite and efficient.

I found my experience with AHS customer service representative both pleasant ,knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to contact the contractor immediately and make an appointment, he arrived on time and in a professional manner fixed my leaking pipe. The Contractor was on time, and very professional and personable. I thought my oven thermostat was wacky. I was using a $5 thermometer to try and figure it out. He brought in a fancy thermometer and averaged the temps in the oven over about 15 min. Turns out my electric oven works as it should, and I am obviously used to my old gas oven.

I had several issues at once and knew I was going to be off on business during the repair process, I was worried. When I returned home, all repairs had been done, the wife was happy and with the money I saved, we went to dinner that night.

The electrician was very professional, yet personable. He displayed attention to detail for the job at hand. He displayed concern in keeping my house free of dirt by wearing protective booties over his boots so as to not track in dirt.

AHS uses a network of vendors and in all of my years of using AHS they have been an active proponent to serve my needs. Customer Service is always interested in serving my needs. In this instance they scheduled my A/C annual maintenance with a contractor. I received the email confirmation immediately. The contractor called within 48 hours as promised.
