I was visited by 2 service men to provide Heater checkout under the HVAC preventative maintenance plan. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They reviewed the results with me, and I would be happy to have them on my next HVAC service call.

The contractor was on time, identified the problem quickly, made repairs and gave us good advice on how we can do preventive maintenance on a regular basis.

My florescent light in the kitchen went out and the relay and some other part had to be fixed and the electrician fixed it in a timely manner. He came out the next day after I reported it and the problem was and still is resolved. The contractor was clean and well groomed.

We usually get a call back within a couple of hours. He always lets us know when he will be here. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We know what he has done, what needs to be done and when the job will be finished.

My most recent experience with American Home Shield was typical of past experiences; the response was timely, the contractor was polite and answered all questions promptly and honestly. Their work was done quickly and they left the premises as clean as when they arrived.

i am very happy with American Home Shield for my home owners insurance, Because I have had 3 repairs to my home since I bought it in JAN 2013 and they have handled everthing from dealing with the contractors to making sure that everything went smooth during the repair.

The appointment was easy to schedule and the contractor was on time. The issue was quickly and efficiently resolved. The repair required parts, which the plumber had, which made it a much easier completion of the issue.

stove touch pad quit working, contacted AHS, contractor called and made appointment, contractor came, touch pad was not working and ordered another to be shipped to our home. received new touch pad, contractor came back and changed out the old for new. oven now works and thats how it's done.

The contractor called right away and came right on time. He took time to thoroughly make sure what the problem was and then explained it to us. He told us how long it would take to order the part and how many days it could be from the quickest to the longest amount of time, when the part arrived they came and installed it . The contractor was very fast and cleaned up everything.

Needed a repair to my under counter refrigerator...called AHS..they advised a service tech would call...he did and set up a time to inspect..after inspection he got approval from AHS ,ordered part...called when it was available..made appointment to install...installed checked it out...i paid service call only!

contractor was prompt & professional. Even though service was not covered, we still had them do the job. Unfortunately the problem was not fixed by their $450 repair.

My experience with our refrigerator ice maker was exceptionally good All was excellent

We had a problem with our freezer and called for service. The man from Sears arrived the next morning at 10a.m. and resolved the problem promptly and cleanly. We are very happy with the service.
