We had a major electrical problem with our breaker box. We contacted American Home Shield and had an electrician at our home within 5 hours to check on the problem. Our problem was fixed within 56 hours due to the need order parts. American Home Shield was extremely helpful with our problem. The contractor also stated that American Home Shield is one of the best companies to work with.

I had an air conditioner problem at the height of the our hot summer. It stopped working. I called AHS and Comfort Zone came the same day. Victor was terrific and his service was great. He found the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. We were up and running the same day and he called to make sure everything was OK the next day. Victor was very clean and profession> The best I've had from AHS.

Overall the service experience with Hornet Appliance Services, LLC was good. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and timely with the repairs. All the necessary repair parts were in his service vehicle and he quickly diagnosed and repaired my washer. The only concern I have is that the vendor could not come to my house for 3 days. It would be nice to have a way to either expedite or select a different vendor in similar circumstances.

I called AHS at 6:30 a.m. regarding a furnace problem. I received a call back within 2 hours and received a same day appointment. The contractor arrived by 1:00 p.m. as scheduled and took care of the problem. The temperatures were in the single digits, so expediency was important. We were extremely pleased with the contractor and the promptness.

I called AHS with two appliance issues -- an inadequately cleaning dishwasher and a leaking washer. Because they're both appliances and I requested both at the same time, they were able to be repaired under one service fee. The repairman came out in a timely fashion, and he was extremely knowledgeable and courteous.he had to order parts for the dishwasher, but we were given the option to replace the washing machine. AHS followed up promptly to explain the replacement procedures, and they made it very easy for us to take care of that.we have a wonderful new washing machine, and all I had to do was email the receipt to ahs and we are awaiting reimbursement right now. The check should be arriving in the next few days.the technician came back and replace the impalers in the dishwasher,and while I am still not certain as to the cleaning capacity of the Machine, if I am not happy with it in the next few weeks, I can call AHS to send the technician back for a second attempt to make it better.
