We were very pleased with the timeliness of the serviceman and very impressed with his knowledge of the air conditioner he was repairing. It was a very hot time of year and without the air conditioner functioning we were facing an extremely hot house. The service provider recognized this and we were scheduled very quickly.

The contractor arrived exactly when he said he would and fixed the problem. The office personnel were fantastic - very pleasant, professional, and helpful. have no comments about how they could be improved.

Andrews Electric was the contractor. He responded in a timely and courteous manner, was able to facilitate the repair of the electric outlets that had failed . He provided information to help us understand why the original wiring system had failed and took steps to moderate that occurring again in the near future. .

Our air conditioner stopped working one evening. We called AHS and they scheduled a repairman to come out. Although it took a few days to get the repairman here, he was here within the time frame we were given. Since we had a second air conditioning unit the few days for scheduling was fine. He was professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it right away.
