Technician was helpful, courteous, and arrived on time. After installing the faucet a part broke when he turned on the water (manufacture defect) and he was willing to wait for me to run out and purchase a replacement.

I reluctantly called Len The Plumber after trying to find a plumber to unclog my kitchen sink. I hesitant about calling one of the big companies because I thought I might be overcharged or told that I required more work than I needed, but after numerous "no-shows" I began to get estimates from the "big guys." Len's customer service rep on the phone was very nice and I finally decided to go with them. They emailed me a photo of the plumber who was coming, which was great for single women like me! He was courteous, efficient and quoted me a reasonable price. He was finished within the hour and put everything back as he found it. I was very pleased with the service. We were heading out of town when the kitchen faucet broke. I thought I had turned off the water but the valves were old and the next thing we knew, the basement ceiling tile fell down because it was saturated with water. I looked in Best Pick Reports 2013 for Montgomery County and found Len the Plumber. I called them and explained my dilemna, I couldn't go out of town with the kitchen sink not working. The receptionist took my information and told me she would relay my need to have someone out first thing in the morning. At 8 AM the phone rang and the plumber was on his way. He was courteous, knew what he was doing, fixed the faucet and the failed compression valves, and we were on our way out of town by 11. I highly recommend this company. NO complaints!!

Our toilet stopped working at midnight on a Sunday night. I went online to request someone to come out Monday morning, not expecting such a thing would be possible. To my amazement, someone called me at 8 A.M. and they sent a Master Plumber out and before noon everything was fixed. Fabulous customer service from start to finish.

From the initial call Len and their staff were awesome. They temporarily resolved the problem buying us time to get our financial affairs in order to completely resolve the issue of busted pikes. I was impressed with the service I received from the moment I called to schedule - the timely manner in which my request for service was answered - the professionalism of the plumber who was assigned to the job - the time he took to explain the plan of action to see what the cause of the backup was - the cost of this - and the time he took to try to correct the problem. It was not possible for him to correct my problem as it originated in the condo next door. To my amazement - the estimated cost for this service was waived as they were not able to correct the problem. I will call Len the Plumber for all plumbing needs.

When you have to have plumbing done, call these folks. No plumber is inexpensive so it's important that you get the most for all the money and with them you do. The work was done very efficiantly, cleanly and proffessionaly. When they do it you know it won't have to be re-done. The plumber comes to your door and immediately puts on bootys to prevent soiling your floors. They fully estimate and explaine all the work before any work is done. They were very helpful in suggesting the correct way to do something that I had requested to be done in a cumbersome way that would have cost more and been pretty ugly looking when done. They took great care to keep the work area confined and clean. Every process they do is priced out in a company book so you don't have to be worried about getting gouged on the costs. I went with other plumbing companies for other work and they can't compare to this company. The truth is you really do get what you pay for.
