We have an older home in Bowie, MD with some "service specific" attributes. Our clogged drain needed an unusual approach to correct and our service technician, Gideon, did not even hesitate to listen to our situation but promptly started to fix the clog (not even minding the length of time it took to do so). I could not have asked for a kinder, more efficient or friendly technician. I would recommend Len the Plumber to anyone needing a contractor who cares about their job performance as well as their customers.

Called Friday after Thanksgiving and they backed up same day service! Arrived within the time frame mentioned and fixed our kitchen sink without any problems whatsoever! I thought we were in for a long holiday weekend, but Len The Plumber responded to our plea for help and completed the repair, no problem.

I purchased a new kitchen faucet and realized I couldn't install it myself. I called Len the Plumber and within the hour the plumber was here and installed my faucet. It was great!

The tech was Ron Green. Most of the work he had complete was in a dank, cramped, crawl space, but he did a really nice job and had a very pleasant attitude. Would gladly have him back for our next job!

My husband and I were with the service provided to us, this past Saturday, by your technician Brian. Brian arrived right on time, introduced himself and handed me his card before I even asked. We are first time home owners with no experience with plumbing or home maintenance, and Brian was very patient with us as we flipped out over every little detail. I highly recommend Len the Plumber especially Steve and Joe who came to my house to deal with sewer back up. Every aspect of my dealing with this service was highly professional from my initial contact to the special concern for my own schedule. They are knowledgeable and honest. If you need someone for plumbing I urge you to contact them. It is the second time I called them and I would do it again (though I hope I don't need to its nice to know they are there)

The service was excellent. the plumber showed up at the right time, diagnosed both problems, a pin hole leak in the copper pipe, clogged supply tube to the sink faucet, and fixed both problems quickly. I thought the price was reasonable as well. I have used other plumbers in this area, but Len the Plumber outperforms the competition and the prices are comparable.

We called Len the Plumber for several projects we needed done. The plumber that was sent to our home, Lenny, was extremely courteous, efficient, professional and exceptionally clean in the way he performed his work. He showed up on time, which is very much appreciated. We have an older home and, though he ran into some difficulties, he did everything he could to complete the work to our satisfaction. I normally have a great deal of anxiety when someone needs to come into our home to work on anything because I don't like strangers in our home and don't trust that we will be dealt with honestly, but I must say that this experience has been quite different and I would have no problem calling Len the Plumber again to come back for any service needed (and especially would ask for Lenny again). Both Lenny and his supervisor and customer service all have been very cooperative and considerate to complete the work and make certain we are happy.

I'm a first time user of Len the Plumber and it was a very good experience. Tom was my technician and he arrived on time, was polite and pleasant. He diagnosed my problem and was able to fix it quickly. I brought an additional worriesome problem to his attention and had it fixed while he was there. Great service and Len the Plumber is definitely my plumber of choice from now on.
