I had multiple plumbing problems that I could not determine what was causing the problems. Daniel the tech determined VERY quickly what issues were causing my problems and fixed everything quickly and left everything in excellent condition.

As with many people this season, my pipe burst. I contacted Len The Plumber and never regretted it. From my first dealings with them until the end everyone was wonderful. Nick was my first contact and he was very pleasant and very helpful. My technician was Arthur and he was also wonderful and explained everything to me as he went. The work was done fast and correctly, and it wasnt expensive as i was fearing it might be. If i ever have any plumbing problems in the future i will definently call Len. I have them on speed dial!!!

When my 14 year old hot water tank decided it wanted to quit and dump its contents, and my regular plumber said they didn't work after 4:00 PM, I was in trouble!! We couldn't go overnight without hot water. So, I grabbed the phone book to start calling plumbers. On the cover, there was an ad for Len The Plumber. I called them and was told the many options they had . They were very professional and sent Brian out right away. I had our tank shut down before he came and he had the old tank removed and hot water flowing throughout our home in one hour, by himself! I was amazed because the last time, it took two men almost three hours to install the old tank by my former plumbing company. Recently, we wanted all three commodes replaced, and called Len. They sent Steve. He also was very professional. He helped us make the right choices, by offering many options. Steve was on time, explained what he was doing as he worked, and did a very nice job. Len The Plumber is our plumber!

I have used Len the Plumber for a number of problems, from a stopped-up toilet to a complete new drain from my kitchen sink back to the holding tank (which was originally installed in a faulty manner. I have learned from experience that Len the Plumber does a good job and I trust what I am told about issues and the best resolution. Scheduling is easy; appointments are prompt; the promised time line is adhered to. No one is perfect, but this is excellent service.

We have found that Len the Plumber gives excellent service. It was easy to schedule a convenient appointment. Steve arrived on time, did the work in a timely and professional manner, and cleaned up the mess. The problem was fixed and it was a pleasant experience.

Job was done professionally; I had boiler repairman out there and he could not do it; tried to get Roto Rooter to give me a price but got tied up back and forth between this dispatcher and that dispatcher and do I want it done right away, etc...meanwhile tenants didn't have any hot water. After I contacted Len the Plumber, and he came I was going to try and call and suggest removing a small piece of pipe to make the job look even better, but when I inspected after the job was done, Steve, the person who did the job, had already thought of that and had taken care care of it for me. Good service and quick response. Thank you!

Edger our plumber arrived within the appointed time. He was polite and attired in a well marked uniform. We had 3 items to be fixed he not only knew what the problems were but also had all the parts on his truck to fix everything. We will use Len The Plumber in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Len the Plumber, Technician Jerry, responded to us in less than 12 hours from onset of our crisis, assessed the problem and gave us an estimated repair time IN THE SNOW with worsening weather conditions. Dispatch kept us informed of Jerry's, status pending arrival throughout the entire process. When you don't have water, time goes by slowly. When travel conditions are worsening and you don't have water, you start to lose hope. Were it not for Jerry's courteous decision to continue to provide us the service we desperately needed, we would have been stranded without the use of our well and little ability to travel elsewhere.
