Len the Plumber is my plumber for life. Two years ago, I woke up to discover that my upstairs bathroom had flooded, causing water to spill into the hallway and then leak through the first-floor and basement ceilings. I have never been so horrified. Luckily, I called Len the Plumber, which, within an hour, sent a plumbing technician (Justin), who discovered the leak's source (my toilet), replaced the toilet, and replaced three leaky valves -- all in the same day! Last month, I bought a water filter and discovered that it wasn't compatible with my old, leaky, rusty kitchen faucet. I called Len the Plumber, which sent a plumbing technician (Mark), who offered me three different kinds of new faucets that he brought with him, installed the one that I chose, and installed my water filter at no extra charge! From our initial on line request to work completion our experience was excellent. The work performed by Jerry Ashby was superb. He was knowledgeable and explained each process. We would not hesitate to use Len the Plumber in the future. By the way Jerry is a great asset to the company.

I've used Len the Plumber's services twice and have been very pleased both times. They arrived at the house when they said they would, they were pleasant but quiet, they did a good job in a timely fashion and they made the repairs without any problems. And from the looks of the materials, they used superior parts; not the junk you might find in your local hardware store. If you need a reliable plumber, give Len a call. But they are a little expensive in my opinion. But that's just my opinion. Then again, nothing is cheap these days.

This is the first time I have used Len the Plumber but I will use them again. Rich at Len the Plumber arrived at my house within the specified time and was pleasant and professional. He completed the job quickly and left without leaving a mess. I was happy to have my plumbing in working order again. I would call them again.

Calling a plumber on a holiday weekend (even for an emergency) is always a risk (two others I called didn't have anybody available for a week) but Len The Plumber was able to send someone over the next day and get the job done. He was very professional, asked if there was anything else he could do as long as he was there, and did a great job. Sure, it was a little pricey, but what plumber isn't nowadays? We had an emergency plumbing problem. Len the Plumber had a full schedule and fit us in the same day. The plumber came in, found the problem, showed us the problem, and fixed the problem. Very professional and courteous. We are VERY happy with the results.

Len the Plumber sent Paul to give me an estimate on the work I needed done which was to put the pipe that expells the water from a sump pump underground. The original company Mid Atlantic Waterproofing did not complete the job and water was running across my front yard over to my neighbor's yard and driveway. The extimate was affordable and the completed job was done to Paul's exact specifications. There was no overage on charges. The job was completed in the time specified. Paul was very professional and knowledgable. He even stated that he would have done the original job differently and completely that would have made Len/Paul's work unnecessary. Paul was even nice and respectable when confronted by an irate neighbor. I would recommend Len the Plumber to anyone needing professional plumbing services.
