We called at 4:00 on a Wednesday and Chris was here within an hour. He promptly returned the next morning provided a fair estimate and immediately started on our plumbing emergency. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the work to be performed. He did an outstanding job and we would highly recommend Len the Plumber to anyone in need of service. Mark was patient, personable and professional. Our water heater, newly installed, did not have an extension tank installed. Mark informed me that one was required in order to be compliant with current codes. While it may have been more economical to insist the original plumber come to correct the mistake, Mark offered to install one while he was here completing other repairs, and we chose to have him do so. Joe was very professional, experienced and very helpful in offering options, describing what he thought might be going on, telling me what he would try first and if that didn't work what plan B would be. Our experience with Len The Plumber was OUTSTANDING! I reported our need to Len and received a call within minutes the service tech would be at our house in 20 minutes. Chris was and immediately listen to our needs, scoped the job and created an action plan with a sense of urgency. He completed the project professionally. He was customer focused, listened and action oriented, all rare characteristics today. Chris added a personal touch, caring about our needs. I recommend Len the Plumber for their great service. I needed the main water shutoff valve and the ice maker shutoff valve replaced. Justin C. replaced them and made them more accessible.

This was my first call to this business. The service was clean and neat. The personnel also rolled up the provided drain hose and placed it outside without a request to do so. The main cold water supply was repaired together with the master shut-off valve in a short time. No water was spilled to be cleaned up afterwards. The representative also performed a free inspection of the area and reported his findings in writing with an estimate of a future repair cost. I hired this company to fix some leaky toilets. I had a great customer service experience. The person who answered the phone, Maria, was very helpful with scheduling the visit when it was convenient for me. The plumber, Steve B., was very courteous and professional. He even explained the cause of the problem to me. I can't remember the last time a plumber explained something to me. I'm very happy with the service I received.

Very easy, very competent. Yes, it is a large organization but it seems like a small company. I wouldn't call anybody else, seriously.

We used Len The Plumber for the first time (a day or so ago) for a leaking toilet. What a pleasant surprise. Same day service, with a smile and the plumber said he would check the other toilets in the House (3 of them) and found one other that was also leaking (which we had not identified). Both toilets were fixed, the 1st leaking toilet now now longer makes noise (the other we never knew was bad, only guests use it). So, we are most happy, and will call Len The Plumber each time we have difficulties from now on. Really a pleasant experience.

Len the Plumber and the associates have done terrific work for me. In the past they were here on a holiday weekend for an emergency within 30 minutes.
