I've used Len The Plumber several times over the past 3 years. Each time I have found their service to be excellent and the most recent visit ( the call for service handled courteously by Heather) for a broken water pipe and low water pressure was no exception. Our plumber, Lenny Sutton expertly diagnosed the well tank as the cause for low water pressure not the well pump and it was replaced. He also recommended improvements in the position and insulation for the water pipe that broke to assist in preventing a repeat of that problem. He was courteous and patient, took the time to explain how and why we were having both problems and quickly secured the necessary equipment to make repairs. Knowledge, ability and outstanding service by master craftsmen is a given with this company. I gladly recommend them.

He explains the work needed in very simple terms once he makes a diagnosis. He also encourages follow-up telephone calls if there are any related problems to the work after he leaves.

I had a wonderful experience by having Len the Plumber work in our house. The technician was respectful, arrived in time, explained what needed to be done and the costs involved. I asked for additional work and he did it quickly and cleaned after the work was completed! I am grateful and definitely happy.

The rating I want to give is 2.5. Will Yokum, the technician who installed my toilet on January 19, 2015, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the excellent service I received from Will is not what stands out about the experience. The amount we had to pay for the service does. $916 seems to be an exorbitant charge for a TOILET INSTALLATION (I supplied the new toilet). The installation required a replacement of one closet flange, also. The original price the technician wrote on the work order was $330.88 for the toilet installation; when he determined the flange was broken the price jumped to $916.00 to replace the closet flange, too. Unfortunately I didn't read any of the company's reviews until today. I know the company is highly regarded in this area. Nevertheless, I cannot give a glowing review when I feel that I have been overcharged. **I noticed that the majority of ratings of 3 stars or less for this company are related to pricing.**

Superb telephone service, quick response and excellent repair work provided by Edgar Jauregui. He arrived early, was friendly, answered any questions I had and worked quickly to replace my 13 year old 50 gal. hot water heater even though it didn't want to drain. After 30-45 minutes of various persuasive tricks it began to drain quickly. Removal and replacement went very smoothly and I am now one happy camper ... and a very lucky one as well as the old unit had burst its seam but the water that I had to deal with from leaking was barely 1-2 gals. in the hall carpet. Highly recommend this company and especially Edgar who I am sure is reflective of the larger company as a whole.

Extremely pleased with Len the Plumber. Called in the morning, was able to get same day service, recieved a call asking if the Chris could come out early, Chris arrived and was very professional. I told him what was going on, he assessed the situation and offered me solutions, he went to work and continued to work, not wasting any time. Chris was also very kind and very personable. After all was said and done, Chris reviewed with me what was done, made sure everything worked correctly, shook my hand, and that was it. After calling Len The Plumber, they sent out Jason to review my water problem. Upon arrival and a short explanation, Jason intuitively seemed to know exactly what the problem was and explained what his solution was. Within minutes after opening up the wall, he found the source of the problem, pulled repair items from his truck, and had fixed the problem in a very short time. Jason was professional, customer oriented, and an excellent technician.

We had a very unusual plumbing problem and the customer service rep. listened to our problem and sent a plumber out in a few hours! The plumber discussed our problem, identified it right away and fixed it with equipment and vales from his truck. No having to wait for parts and the problem was taken care of in 1 1/2 hrs.
