I call ARS Charleston whenever I have problems with plumbing and have not been disappointed. James R. was our latest serviceman and my husband and I were very pleased with his work which was done quickly, explained thoroughly, and cleaned up after completion. James was neat, well spoken, and polite. After completing the initial job he asked if there were any other plumbing concerns. We appreciated his thoroughness and would recommend him with no reservation.

ARS - our choice for HVAC service/repairs/installation since 2003. Roberto O. has been our tech a few times. He is always very pleasant, very professional and very knowledgeable. Takes the time to explain everything! Goes above and beyond to insure that he answers any questions one might have. It is a pleasure to work with him. Very positive energy!

ARS technicial Chuck Norris provided great annual service to my furnace. He explained every service item that was performed and left me with a detailed maintenance invoice with the performance measurements that were made. He was very courteous and neat.

Bruce was very professional and quickly identified the problem with my HVAC unit. He fully explained what had occurred and the possible causes. Highly recommended!

Doug C. was my technician and he did a superb job, maining a few key evaluations and recommendations for me to consider. Great pricing and service completed to my satisfaction. Matt (Service Technician) was extremely courteous, professional and knowlegeable. Performed a seasonal maintenance check and replaced a capacitor on my heating system.

Bruce Smith was on time and did a thorough job servicing my AC/Heating Units. He made some recommendations but did not pressure me to purchase anything. He answered my questions professionally but in a way I could comprehend. He is a nice person and does his job well.
