Robert did a great job of explaining what he was doing and showed exactly what we needed to do to keep our system running at top performance.

He also identified problems and provided solutions, I was more pleased with his demeanor and presentation than I was with previous technicians from ARS, and will request him in the future. I received wonderful service today! My heat went out on us last night so I called ARS at 830am, they had a service person at my door by 10am! Tommy was very knowledgeable in his field, he not only explained my issue but on top of that he offered a service plan for my 14month old home. The cost was a real deal and you could not find a nicer person. Tommy represents this company very well, and I hope they treat their employees as well as they treat the customer! The lady that took my call was also very polite and professional, hats off to ARS for hiring the right people.

David Jackson did a great job the last two visits - one for the semiannual PM and the other to replace my UV bulb. His assessment of the condition of my aging unit was spot on what I was thinking. His confirmation was completely objective which helped me decide whether to take advantage of a great offer for replacing with a much more efficient new unit. I have been an ARS customer for over 23 years and never once have been disappointed thanks to the expertise of folks like David!

Bruce Smith with ARS of Charleston serviced my ac unit. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain not only what he would do but also why. I will ask for him again for my next service

The ARS Charleston Office called to let me know that the serviceman, Donnell, was on his way. He arrived on time. He put on his shoe covers, so as not to soil the carpet our of respect for my home and proceeded to examine the problem I'd described as a whirring noise. He found the problem, being a door that had popped open on the system. He explained some of the items that can be installed to prevent and protect the family from bacteria growth. I would definitely recommend ARS. Chris

Great service - Roberto recently completed semi-annual inspection. Neat, efficient, professional work.
Matt was very professional. All the ARS staff that have come to the house have been excellent. This company has been really good to me and are very dedicated people. Today with Matt proved that loyalty is a plus. I was able to save money on an unexpected occurrence with my system.
We had two heat pumps replaced two days ago. As soon as our technician Linzell along with his assistant Dwayne greeted us they were extremely professional. We had covered our carpet in advance of the installation and much to our surprise they rolled out red carpets covering hallway, stairs and entire work area. We told them they should inform their company to advertise "red carpet service". They explained in detail the installation as they proceeded. Their patience with us, an elderly couple, explaining each step of the process was greatly appreciated. They are indeed two very nice gentlemen representing their company with the utmost professionalism. Thank you Linzell and Dwayne.
