Gerald, Justin, Joey & Mike were polite, professional, patient & attentive. They answered my questions & gave me a tutorial on our new HVAC system. They were respectful of our house by taking extra effort to protect the hardwoods, carpets, stairs, walls & ceiling. Their clean-up was impressive. So far, we love our new system. We are anxious to see the next few power bills!

Mr Chuck Norris was very helpful and respectful. He Also put on the protective booties before he entered my residence before I even asked him. He let me know what he was going to do step by step before he did it. I would definitely recommend his service to any other customers.

Bruce came by this morning to do a maintenance check up and was a pleasure to work with. There were some features on the thermostat I wasn't sure how to use (what certain buttons would do etc.) but Bruce showed me everything I needed to know. He was professional and kind! Great service!

Doug C. really knows his stuff. He is a pleasure to be around. Prompt and courteous are two characteristics that describe him well. It is a pleasure to be around someone that enjoys their job as much as he does.
Bruce Smith has been my service technician for five or six years. He is extremely knowledgeable and very nice. I trust his opinion and expertise. I always request him for my service appointments. ARS is a great company and very dependable. I have never had a bad experience.
