Very helpful, efficient, professional. Made me feel comfortable with discussion to replace aging A/C unit with a new one. Ultimately chose to go ahead with the new system, largely based on the way Donnell managed his service call with me.

They fixed the surface issue, but didn't stay long enough to discover that there is yet another issue. I will have to call them again.

I recommend Tommy L. as a very capable and dependable a/c tech. He always notified me when he was to arrive.Worked steadly until the job was completed. And was very courtious.

Doug has performed the maintenance on AC several times and I find him to very professional and knowledgeable, yet friendly and helpful. He was quick to help me with a problem and I really appreciated that. I always get great service from ARS!
We have used ARS for years and have never had a bad experience. Every single technician that has stepped foot in our home is professional, punctual, courteous, considerate and knowledgeable of their craft. We always get a courtesy call when the tech is on the way. We get feedback when they are finished. Never feel like they are trying to upsell an un-needed service or product. They say what they will do and they do it... enough said!
ARS can be proud that an employee, Roberto, has such high praise for the company he works for and gives a 110% of himself to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied.

Prompt, courteous and helpful service. An asset to ARS!
I live on property with a well. All of a sudden, no water. Panic sets in. So I called ARS and they had someone out to me within the hour (no mean feat, since I live out in the sticks). Tom Davis was the Tech for ARS. Within minutes, he diagnosed the problem and gave me options. He had to get a part from in-town, but was back in a jiffy, and I was up and running (read "flushing") right away. Tom was efficient, professional, courteous, and easy to chat with. I really appreciate the work, except for the fact that it was done too quickly, and now I have to go to work instead of having the day off... :)
Highly recommend this company, they were able to serve me the day I called which was very important given my kitchen sink was not operable. The technician was friendly, professional, and efficient. The cost was very fair and the quality of work done was to my satisfaction.
For 23 years of home service, and for a prior 15 years in service to my business under the name Atlas, ARS personnel have always been responsive, efficient, cooperative, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. They have always fully explained options, patiently answered questions, and allowed time for evaluation and selection. Each ARS representative I've met has been a model for excellent customer service.

Doug was on time, friendly, quick and efficient work. Would highly recommend.
Roberto was very knowledgeable. He did a thorough job. We have a new home and even though our A/C system is brand new, he still took his time and went over every component of our system. He is honest and very helpful with explaining the services and products.
