What a great place. My laptop computer had slowed to a crawl. They looked at the system and I had run out of disc space, they put in a larger drive transferred my data and speed went back to normal. My DVD drive had quit working forgot to tell them first time. Took it back it couldn't be fixed, sold me rebuilt one for $15, with warranty, put it in, no labor cost and all is well. They cleaned my register tuned up everything and answered everyone of my questions. My second apt. I was to be there 10 minutes before closing, got delayed by an accident, Ron waited an extra 30 min.for me, fixed it right there and it was even a Saturday. They are extremely knowledge about computers and are very customer oriented. From now on all my computer work will go to East Coast.

East Coast Computers were able to clear my work station of the virus without loosing my priceless home photos. They also were able to perform much needed maintenance on my laptop. They did this all in a timely manner and were economical.

I never had any idea that the services that I use everyday, such as Google, Yahoo, Adobe, and others could install so much unnecessary tool bars, cookies, tracking devices, and other junk on a computer without you even being aware of it. All of this makes a computer very sluggish. I have come to believe that to solve a slow computer problem, unnecessary activities need to be eliminated, not more stuff added, as is suggested by the advertisements on late night television. East Coast service is usually no longer than third day after drop off, and you are called to be informed of needed work and cost beforehand. The owners and operators are very trustworthy, I feel very comfortable with them on my side. I totally recommend them for your computer needs and service. They also do MACs. Woodley K. This is a testimonial for East Coast Computers, located at 3590 Holland Road. When my late 90s Gateway Computer finally wore out, I was recommended to East Coat Computers by a long time friend. East Coast built a new computer for me to meet both my specifications and my needs at the time. I have since returned the PC to them on a regular basis, usually about once per year, for both outside cleaning of dust, dirt and pet hair, and internal operating system and software program cleaning, updating and optimization. When my PC recently started operating so slowly that it was a useless frustration for me, I took it to their shop. They did all the things mentioned above, plus added some memory. These guys are the best!! Ron and Lacey helped me through a difficult situation. Old computer crashed and they guided me through the shopping and purchase of a new computer. They transferred all the old to the new, explained programs, and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend East Coast Computers. They were able to recover all my data and documents and in three days I had my computer back and running. The technicians were very polite and helpful and their prices were very reasonable.

These guys are great! Last year I had my first computer problem, I took it to the "geek squad" and they asked for an outrageous fee to "try to fix it" and while I was there, I felt like I was just another "number" that needed to get his "stuff fixed". In the end, instead of encouraging me to get it fix, they started to recommend me to purchase one of their "brand new computer models" that they had in store. Luckily, I found these guys, they fixed my computer for a fraction of what the "pricey squad" asked. Not only did they fixed it, but they also explained to me IN DETAIL of what they did and asnwered ALL of my questions, as of now my computer still runs good and fast. They also were able to FIX my Playstation 3 last month! I started having the famous "PS3 RED BLINKING LIGHT" problem and decided to take it to these guys so they could check it out and see if they could help me, and they did. They sure saved me some money since I was thinking on purchasing a new PS3, thanks ECC!

I have been going to East Coast Computers for five years and I have no regrets. The service is exceptional, and attention to detail is a plus in that office. My old HP Pavilion was given me by a girlfriend who apparently had never cleaned it out or bothered with maintenance, & since it was made with the least amount of memory possible, it always locked up on me, maxing out the memory. I remembered seeing east Coast Computers close to my home, so I looked thewm up in the Superpages & hooked up with Ron Concepcionthere, & took it in for a memory upgrade. Ron was extremely knowledgable & efficient. He upgraded my memory cards from 512MB to over 1GB then air-cleaned & polished the computer too. It was like a brand new unit when i gt it home. Id highly recommend East Coast Cmputers to anyone needing their computer repaired or serviced.
