East Coast Computers is Great!!! If you're looking for reasonable prices and great service...this is the place. I just had a computer service there a couple of days ago and I had a deadline to get my computer back in service. I got my computer back way before the deadline in full working order and I didn't leave broke. They always explain the problem to you and show you the issue (if you want to see first hand). I take my own computer their for maintenance periodically and I'm never disappointed. I wish more business would get back to relating with their customers on a personal level. I went to Eastcoast Computers. Because my computer was hijacked by a moneypak virus. I remembered the service and price from a visit in 2009 for a similar issue. I was even more impressed this time around. They quoted a price that ranged widely depending on how much damge there was to my computer. I just, "knew" it would be the higher cost. I WAS WRONG!!!Not only was it the lower price quoted, the job was handled sensitively and the same day. The employees showed me ways to help prevent this issue in the future. And answered all my questions in layman terms. They could have taken advatage of my computer ignorance but did not.I will use again and recommend to friends.

I had a great experience at East Coast Computers today. I went in this morning I purchased a new graphics card and power supply. Their tech installed both in short order. Lacy not only setup the graphics card features, explained them, and even tested it on the new game I wanted to run. This kind of service is hard to find these day. The place to go! I had problems with my laptop and instead of making me spend a lot to fix it, they recommended that it wasn't cost efficient to fix it. Not to many people would do that anymore! Prices are fantastic too! Highly recommend they guys to anyone in Hampton Roads!!

Highly recommended! Ron took care of my computer/printer problem in a flash. He was friendly both in telephone conversation and in person. I was prepared to buy new computer cable connection to my printer. He pointed out that I did not need a new cable and had my new computer hooked to to my old printer and working. So pleased will definitely use this company again and again.

Highly recommend East Coast Computers. They are extremely professional and cheap for your basic needs to fix or upgrade any computer. They also build hih-end computers for less than you can find them in any store. Tehy are very knowledgable based and expierenced in the field of computers. Can show you all the tips and tricks to allow your computer to stay at tip top shape. I would recommend them over any other computer store in the Hampton roads area, considering i visited 11 other places, because they are the best at what they do.

Great company and a wonderful experience from the day I dropped off my laptop at 5:59pm (they close at 6pm) to the day it was ready for pick up. On that same day we quickly brought our desktop computer for them to install a copy of the computer files protection sofware packages we purchased for our laptop. They ponted out & repaired an exterior hazard on the back of our computer for a minimal fees. We left at 5:45pm to run an errand and didn't get back to pick up the desktop until 6:30pm (remember they close at 6pm). I've recommended 3 people already and it's only been 4 days.
