These guys are great. they know what they are doing.Very friendly - deliver on what they promise - very timely on fixes and/or repairs. I would recommend them to anyone. I looked up in the yellow pages and feel lucky that I came upon them. Big thing - they answer the phone personally - no answering machines during business hours - that told me these are the one to pick. If they cannot fix or repair it - it needs to be replaced. If there is a computer repair shop this is the one, these guys know their stuff. I have a Dell 4600 bought new in 2006, in 2011 my hard drive died of which when I spoke to them about my problem they immediately recognized what was wrong and when the repairs were complete not only was the drive replaced, the unit was updated for proper function, and ran 10x faster, then it did when I brought it new. Recently I needed to reinstall Windows-XP and had more problems but no one could understand, I called these guys again and within 1 hour they updated my system, installed XP and once again it runs better then new. Lacy, Julius and Ron are good people and want to help keep you operational no matter the problem, you want be disappointed.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I like the fact that they will bring you into their service room and explain what has happened and what is needed to resolve the problem. They have also provided excellent recommendations when it comes to operational software and which programs may be more advantageous to run and why on your computer.
