Dr. Chen was a wonderful orthodontist for our daughter. She is very through and patient. Through the entire process, Dr.Chen and Erica were very kind to our family and discussed every visit with us and updated us on our daughter's progress while in braces. We will miss Dr. Chen and Erica, till it's time for me to start invisalign.

Dr. Jean Chen is an excellent Orthodontist! Not only is she an expert at what she does, she is so kind and a joy to see for appointments. Also Erika, who manages Dr. Chen's office, is so efficient and pleasant! I love Dr. Chen's office so much, after I started my oldest son on braces, I brought my younger son to Dr. Chen for his, and then myself!

After a full set of braces we could not be more happy with our daughters new smile. It has been wonderful working with Dr. Chen's practice. Everything has been smooth and easy.

Dr. Chen listens, takes time with you and has an excellent bedside manner. She explains things to you so that you always understand what she is doing and why. We had experiences at other orthodontists and it felt like you were in a production line at a factory, where they were trying to crank out as many patients in as little time as possible. On the contrary, Dr. Chen always takes time for you and never makes you feel like a number. I also experienced high pressure at another office to get started immediately. There were no high pressure techniques at Dr. Chen's office. Erica, her assistant, is friendly, efficient and amazing at running the office. You always feel confident that she has you covered. I couldn't recommend Dr. Chen and her staff more highly. We had an exceptional experience!

Dr. Chen did an excellent job with my sons' braces. Both of them have beautiful teeth now after their treatments. Erica (at the front desk) is also wonderful!

I really can't say enough good things about our experience with Dr. Chen and Erica at the front desk. We interviewed 5 different Ortho's in N. Seattle and when my 14 year old son Matthew came to this office he said "Dad, this is the one". You can feel the empathy and quality of Dr. Chen expertise when you walk in. Always great and friendly service, good schedule and great response to emergency situations. Done ahead of time and under our original budget, we love Dr. Chen!!!
