My whole life I have had teeth that created an imperfect smile. If you know me I still smiled a lot but held back as my teeth always jutted out. Dr. Chen and Erica were very easy to work with and always had an ear out for anything that was going on in your month to month treatments that they could help alleviate. Its been a quick journey over the course of a couple of years but I couldn't have had my perfect smile without them.

Dr. Chen and her staff were very easy to work with. They are accommodating for appointments and provide regular treatment feedback. They are very friendly and professional.

It took me a long time to decide to get braces. I never really cared what my teeth looked like but as I got older I started to noticed that my teeth were not looking good. I decided to get my teeth fixed and I found Dr. Chen and she's amazing. She explained everything in detailed and allowed time for questions. She never rush and was always very professional.

My son had his first round of braces with Dr. Chen and it was a great experience. She is so kind and gentle. Her assistant Erica handles everything and made the billing a breeze. These ladies are great!

Dr Chen has been great. She is super cooperative when it came to scheduling a cleaning session woven with a orthodental session. Her clinic is super clean and welcoming. I did not have any pain during the procedure.

Dr. Chen has helped us out for the past 5 years or so dealing with braces and retainers to help Landon grow into his teeth. Dr. Chen and Erica are always there to answer questions and work with us to find the best solution for Landon's teeth. They remember him every time and are always happy to see him, even when he is not the most excited to be here. They are always kind and compassionate, even when they moved out of their office in Lynnwood to Lake City Way there was no question that we would continue to see them. I really appreciate their support.

Dr. Chen was great to work with. Had appointments that acomodatted my work schedule. My only regret is not asking more questions of what to expect when the process was complete or more options on less tooth extractions. Wish I would have done this when I was younger too! But she was great about providing me with products and all the steps to get me to the finish line.

I am so appreciative for Dr. Chen and Erica's willingness to work with me and provide my the best ortho care I could ever ask for. I feel truly fortunate to have been under the care of this team. I had Invisalign retainers with Dr Chen and she was great to work with. It is a very friendly and pleasant environment and I am very happy with the results. Highly recommend coming here for a consultation if you are looking for braces!
