Service techs like Matt S. have kept me an ARS customer for over twenty years. Professional, punctual, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable are just some of the words I would use to describe Matt. He arrived at our home within the appointment time window and was able to identify our air conditioner problem in less than a half hour. He was able to get a replacement part by that afternoon, then installed it later that evening. A true professional. Chuck Norris was our ARS Rescue Rooter technician. He seemed very knowledgable and went about his business very professionally. Chuck was very friendly and answered all our questions about our system. ARS installed a complete new system this past Nov 2014. System has been working perfectly ever since. I called to make an appointment for a maintenance check. The call was answered promptly and my appt. was scheduled for a time that was convenient for me. The technician, Roberto O.,, showed up and performed the twice yearly check. I was impressed with the quality of his work. He was courteous and took the time to answer my questions.

Doug was truly amazing! Words can never express my frustration with the AC not working and the thoughts of the money we already poured into the units. Very professional, knowledgable and polite. Diagnosed problem quickly and correctly the first time. Made temporary repairs that kept us cool until replacement part arrived. Asked him to find out how to program uv light replacement timer into our thermostat which he did and quickly programmed them in on his return to install the replacement part. Very satisfied with the job he did.

Mr. Smith quickly detected the air conditioning problem and made the necessary repair. He fully and clearly explained the problem, the fix, and possible other issues which may arise in the future since our unit is going on 9 years old. We felt we had a quality professional dealing with our a/c problem and would recommend Mr. Smith to others dealing with ARS.

Doug was really helpful. He told me what the problem was with my system and offered recommendations without a lot of pressure. He told me about safety concerns and info on having someone come out to discuss a new system with financial options. He even asked if he could help put a window unit in in the mean time. He was really knowledgeable.
