Called this morning needing a new hot water heater. Danny was here by 10:00 and we had a new hot water tank and hot water by 3:00. Excellent work. He explained options, all that was to be done, and cost. Couldn't ask for better service. He's the one I'll call if I ever have any other plumbing needs. I highly recommend!

It was truly a pleasure dealing with this company, especially the technician Corey Jacobs that performed the tune-up on the HVAC system. Every question and I had many were met with polite, courteous and professional responses.

Received service from ARS through Home Depot. We spoke with Joy who arranged a technician to come and give us an estimate. The next day Keith gave us an estimate, and was able to schedule same day service for installation of a new water heater. The installer was Cecil B. and although the job was not as simple as had previously been determined, he did an excellent installation, and there was no additional cost over the estimate due to the extra labor and parts he had to use. Excellent cusotmer service all around.

Had a clog in my main drain pipe. After calling ARS Amber was able to get Tony to my house within a half hour of calling in. Tony was very professional and was explaining the entire process so that I knew what was going on. I highly recommend ARS for any of your plumbing needs and will be using them again in the future.

Carlos is the best and that is why we keep asking for him to service our unit twice a year for that few years. His cheerful attitude and patient manner listening and asking our questions is refreshing in this world of hurried repair service calls. Even our initial contact this year with ARS to schedule our yearly service calls was a great experience.

Chris was dispatched to find and fix a water leak in my front yard from the water meter to our house. I received and advanced call that Chris would be coming and he arrived on time. Chris was polite and explained what he would be doing and he gave an estimated cost. Fortunately he was able to find the leak in the first hole/trench he dug and was able to repair it. I was thoroughly satisfied with Chris' work and the cost for the repair. I've used ARS before and will continue to use them. I would highly recommend ARS to others.

Cecil B. was very pleasant and knowledgeable about his profession. He was clean and neat within his work area. He was extremely efficient and courteous. He was an excellent service technician. As a fellow technician in a different field of work, I would absolutely recommend Cecil and use his services again in the future. ARS/Rescue Rooter Team- although a bit pricey, they are well worth the money. Great quality and fantastic service.
Jessie is a great salesman, very knowledgeable. Corey and Michael did a wonderful job installing the new system. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend them to anyone.
