Awesome job by this company. They showed up on time, did the work, and charged what they said they would. When you find a company like this in the Myrtle Beach area, you remember them and refer everyone you know to them. The entire team was excellent, but Keith did an outstanding job. Samantha did a great job at keeping us informed of the schedule.

Once the service tech arrived, he diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs in less than a half hour. Neat ,clean and very thorough !
Cecil's personality and brainpower have been a real comfort to us as what seemed to be a simple kitchen drain clog turned into something requiring 'surgery' on my Dining room wall. But first, we had to have my Condo HOA give us entry to my neighbors unit to make sure he knew how to proceed. His confidence and humor really turned a negative situation into something very pleasant. He is a super guy and we're lucky to have him working in Myrtle Beach! Many thanks to him and to ARS!

Chris and Mike from ARS installed my new Carrier heat pump. They was here right on time an worked until job was finished. Both was very professional an polite. ARS Rescue Rooter provided a great experience for servicing my HVAC unit. I set up the service call online and within 15 mins. I scheduled the service with a live rep that called back. The called to set an earlier time as a cancellation allowed for faster service. Jessie came out and was highly attentive to all aspects of the service call. I had all of my questions answered and was pointed to all issues with my unit as the issues became apparent. Jessie was very personable and as far as I am concerned, he did a wonderful job. I have no regrets contacting ARS for my needs and signed up for the preventative maintenance plan. I look forward to continuing business with this company.

He has suggested improvements to our system which would protect us from more expense repairs. We have recommended him to friends and they are also very satisfied with the service he provides. I appreciate a company that does what it advertises. We had two visits on the same day, and both of the technicians came when expected, knew what they were to do, and did it. The CSR called to let us know what was going on and when. You can't ask for more than that.

Jason did a through job of analysis. He did a good job. Scheduling leave some to be desired. ARS is expensive.
Cecil came for a routine home inspection and spoke to me about a water filter system. No sales pitch, just an informational talk. We ended up installing the system that day. ARS people are always professional and happy in what they do. This is rare in today's world. The service we receive from ARS employees is always top notch. Thanks for an outstanding job Cecil. We are extremely pleased with ARS.
