Danny Rose was our service technician. He did what we thought was the impossible; three jobs in one day. Replaced water heater, whole house filtration system, plus repair plumbing on toilets. Stayed until the jobs were completed and re-inspected, Unparalleled professional. Our neighbors were equally impressed. Eddie arrived on time and was polite and courteous. He efficiently diagnosed our problem and described what needed to be done to fix it. We were very pleased with his service and with I will not hesitate to refer my friends and neighbors to ARS.Eddie did an excellent job.

James was very curteous and professional. He took great care in protecting our wood floors and walls when bringing in the ladder and other equipment. He checked the air conditioner thoroughly aand he went over with detail all the things that he did. James S. was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend ARS to anyone who may be in need of service.

Davis S. was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and knowledgable. He was very thorough and he walked me through everything he was doing. He gave me helpful hints about running the bathroom fixtures to keep the sulfer gases from building up. He was helpful by explaining the water issues here in Myrtle Beach. I would use ARS Rescue Rooter again for my plumbing maintenance and repairs. I also would recommend them to anyone who may be in need of plumbing services.

ARS was fast and efficient. They set up a convenient appointment and showed up on time. MattC was very nice and friendly. He was also very professional, his appearance was neat and clean and he didn't waste a lot of time. When he was finished installing the toilet, he cleaned up after himself and took all of the trash away. Excellent service! I would definitely use them again.
Dustin is a very professional employee and he represents your company in an outstanding manner. He is friendly and courteous, and completes his work in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Dustin and will always ask for him for any plumbing work in future.
Jeremy Hood Plumbing Technician for ARS. Jeremy did an outstanding job working in my house today. What was supposed to be a simple faucet and garbage disposal installation became quite complicated due to earlier work that was done by the builder nineteen years ago. Jeremy showed knowledge, skill and determination in getting the job done. I would gladly have him back in my house again. When I call ARS I will ask for him.

Jason was super! He was knowledgeable and has a great personality.He,explained everything to me after installing my new faucet and garbage disposal. He was training a new employe while doing the install.I was really impressed with his patience and knowledge while teaching this young man the proper way to do the job.Five stars to Jason!

Have been doing business with ARS Rescue Rooter Myrtle Beach for quite some time from the HVAC side. However, I decided to give them a call for a recent plumbing project I was working on. Jeremy came and helped us change out 2 different faucets. We had a hiccup with one of the faucets as it was faulty from the supplier I bought it from, but Jeremy moved on to the other faucet giving me time to run out to Lowe's to buy a replacement for the faulty one. He went out of his way to assist us and even helped acclimate me to some other plumbing items in our condo to keep in mind for the future. It was a very pleasant experience and we'll definitely use them again.

Jason was very helpful when we had an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday afternoon. He worked through the protocol we agreed to prior to the work starting and he gave it his best effort. In the end we had to install a new toilet but that was exactly what he said would solve the issue and he was 100% correct. I'd recommend ARS to anyone.
