After a night at -5F, my water stopped. I called Russo and within two hours, Ryan was here. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The pipes weren't frozen. The pressure gauge was broken. The furnace that supplied the garage area, where the well in take is, wasn't working. He checked it and realized that the thermostat needed new batteries. Now, I have water and the garage is warm enough to ensure that the next cold days and nights won't cause the pipes to freeze. My husband, who is on his way back from Florida, where he played golf in 70 degree weather, doesn't know how lucky he is that Ryan came to fix the problem.

We've been a customer for many years and have always been highly satisfied. But today, they went the extra mile for us. No heat this morning and it was 9 degrees outside. I called Russo immediately; Anthony was here within 2 hours. My blower motor had burned out; Anthony located another (which turned out not to be an easy task expecially on a Sunday). Bottom line: we have heat! Without the extra effort from Anthony, we would be in a hotel tonite. He gave up most of his Sunday to fix our problem; we are so grateful to Russo Bros.

I submitted for a quote online with Russo Bros for a plumbing problem for my toilet. I was immediately contacted by phone and a technician (Anthony C) was at my home same day in one hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate. He promptly fixed all the problems checked systems to make sure they were in proper working order and showed me the work he performed. One big headache solved in one day thanks to Russo Bros. Russo Bros. & Co. did an outstanding job replacing a faucet with spray in my kitchen as well as another faucet in my powder room. They are very professional and friendly. They answer all your questions. They give you options with pricing after analyzing the problem and before they start the job. Art S. left the work areas as clean as when he started the job. Shoe coverings are worn so that no dirt, mud, or leaves are tracked into your house. All old materials, fixtures, etc. are taken away with the Russo Bros. & Co. professional. Tests were run to made sure everything was working properly. The costs were very fair and reasonable. Russo Bros. & Co. also installed a toilet in my powder room many years ago. I have never needed any service on this toilet. I must also praise the office staff who are courteous, friendly, and professional. Your service professional comes when you have scheduled your appointment. You even get a call to tell you that they are on their way.

The tech that perform the required work was thorough and clean. He explain exactly what the work entailed and how much it would cost. I was completely satisfied in the finished product. From beginning to end the service was exemplary and professional. I had Ed P. / Nick R. / and Kyle T. sdivide my home into two heating zones and the project was completed without a hitch. They were on time, courteous and they cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything as it was or cleaner. The work described was completed exactly as I was told it was going to be and within the expected time. The work was handled professionally and all technicians were courteous, helpful and hard-working . I felt like I could trust them all and would go to Russo Bros again for other work based on this positive experience. If I had a question I always found them patient and glad to provide the answer. Everyone did a great job but I want to single Ryan out because he came multiple times to do some estimates and make an assessment of the work needing attention but all four were real gentlemen. I would have any of them visit if the need arises in the future.

Russo Bros. & Co. was detailed and thorough and their tech which was Michael was very experience and did a great job to fix the problem. Michael was also very respectful and efficent and did his job very well plus he was very detailed what he was going to do from start to finish. I have nothing but praise for Kyle and Nick R from Russo Brothers. I had a leak that turned into repiping my two bathrooms--a 2 day job. They were both professional, always answered any questions fully, and kept the site super clean throughout. You can't go wrong with Kyle and Nick R.

Russo Bros technician Art S did a great job of diagnosing our water leak problem and fixing it. He provided a thorough explanation and totally fixed it. He went out of this way to do small additional task to fix a related problem. He also looked at other problems we may fix in the future and prepared a price quote for each of them. He gave an excellent technical description of how some previously installed equipment (a water demineralizer) works. I am, always happy when Russo Bros sends Art to our house, since I have so much confidence in the quality of his work. I am glad to recommend Russo Bros and Art S as the technician.
