Russo Bros. was able to provide same day appointment. I was called ahead of time and told name of technician. Kyle T. was very courteous and knowledgeable and was in and out in less than an hour. I continue to use Russo Bros. exclusively for all my plumbing needs thanks to their prompt service.

He also didn't try to sell me anything else, but informed me of potential future problems, and how possibly to address. I felt like I was dealing with a very honest, competent professional. This was my first experience with Russo Bros and it was a very favorable one. My technician, Nick C., was very prompt and professional. This was a big relief because I had a leak under my kitchen sink as well as a stopped-up bathroom sink. Nick explained what was wrong and what needed to be done in a very clear way and he went over the prices carefully. He is also very nice! The work was done to my complete satisfaction! I would definitely use Russo Bros. again.

Brad was the Russo Bros technician that arrived today. He was here last year to clear out our pipes and I am happy that the Russo Bros send out technicians to the same location. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Brad provided excellent customer service by providing tips on best timing to flush out pipes, flagged potential issues and tagged pipes in the basement for easier identification. Thanks Brad!

Russo Bros & Co has been servicing my sprinklers for over 7 years. When they give you a time frame for arrival, they stick to it, and they call you before the serviceman arrives. I'm very pleased with their service and the service crew is always friendly and professional.
