Extremely courteous and patient with me. Answered all my questions and even was ready to repeat an answer I did not completely understand. He was right on time; and from what I could tell, he did a very thorough job. I appreciated that he covered his footwear to make sure not to dirty my rug. He cleaned up nicely after he was finished. We had Ryan A. come for a routine maintenance of our A/C. He came on time, even a bit early. He acknowledged that he had come previously which is a good sign of consistency from this company. He was efficient, neat and courteous. Even spent time to clean the outside compressor which was a good thing and replaced our filter too. I would recommend him and his company to anyone seeking knowledgeable technicians.

Russo Bros. was recomended to us by a trusted friend. The same day that I called the office to briefly explain our problem, Vinny was dispatched to our house to evaluate what needed to be done.Even though it wasn't necessary, he put on plastic boot covers to go down to the basement to analyze the sump pump connection to the outside. He was friendly and professional, providing in detail the work to be done and the cost. The following morning Vinny and a colleague arrived to begin work. Vinny called me out of the house periodically to show me what he was doing and to explain the processes in understandable language. I received a phone call to tell me approximately what time Jeremy Z would be at my home because he was running behind. I was also called to let me know when he was en route to my home. He thoroughly checked my sprinkler system, showed me what needed repair, made all the repairs as quickly as he could and right on the spot - no second visit needed. I was very impressed and am happy to have selected Russo Bros to service my sprinkler system.

The company does great work. They communicate what they are going to do in advance. This includes notifying you of when they are going to show up, who will be showing up and what they will be doing. Their service people, such as Kyle T, were very friendly and professional. They accomplish what they say they are going to do, usually within the time frame that they estimate the work to take. My only gripe with them is that they tend to up sell their services. I think they are expensive and that many of their "discounts" are already baked into their prices. Their prices are the only reason I didn't give them five stars. That being said, you get what you pay for and I continue to use them because I know they will get the job done, and done well. I have never had to hound them or call them back because the job wasn't done right.

The guy (Michael I)was super nice, informative, and went above and beyond to help and explain everything.

Art came on time and did the work that was requested. He even worked on an additional "project" that came up this week. We'll have him/Russo Bros. come out again soon to finish the "project". Just waiting for our new deck to be done and then we'll be calling.
