I really enjoyed my experience. The staff and stylists were friendly and seemed dedicated to ensuring I had the perfect experience. The facial I had as a COMP was so relaxing. My stylist also gave me some hair care and style tips that I really appreciated. When I got home, I got several complements on my hair. I will definitely be back.

Nikki did an awesome job on my hair, changing certain aspects when I described them. She is always so attentive and I feel she genuinely cares about me, as a person. not just as a client.

I had an appointment with Ryann and she is the best hair stylist I have encounter thus far in Columbus. She was comfortingly confident and helped relieve my hair of all of the dead ends while still giving me some length.

Haircuts give me anxiety, but Curtis is so professional and talented that it puts me at ease. He doesn't talk down to me, or fill up the silences with small talk, he just shares his skills and occasional good advice. And, my hair always looks heavenly.

The staff were all incredibly sweet. The receptionist helped me with coins for the parking meter and even went to put in another quarter in my meter when I was running late. The woman who cut my hair explained each product she was using and the reasoning behind she was cutting my hair the way she did. It was a wonderful experience.

Michelle is the most amazing stylist ever!!!! She inspires me with her hair colors and her look!!! I get excited to see what color her hair is. Only reason I said probably will come back is because I have someone who cuts my hair at home. Chose Phia because I will not be going home for a while. The prices are perfect, and reasonable. Overall fantastic experience.

I love the atmosphere at Phia, the staff are attentive and seem happy. I never have to wait and am always offered a beverage. I love the way my hair looks and feels after my stylist, Alyssa has finished.
