I was very pleased with my experience. I was scheduled with a new stylist because the styilst I typcally work wih was unavailable. I received a 50% discount for the inconvience, but was very pleased with the results. The new stylist took the time to learn about my hair and provided some great suggestions.

The atmosphere at Phia is very open, relaxed and welcoming. Everyone was very nice and after overhearing some conversations, the stylists really cared about their clients. I was scheduled for only highlights and my stylist presented a new color idea that turned out fabulous! It was something I had never heard of before but I trusted her. I am so glad I did. She was very nice, a little quiet so I felt like I was trying to get her to talk more. But perhaps she was just very focused on my hair. Regardless I would love to come back again.

My hairstyle felt dated & lifeless before my haircut appointment, which was beautifully transformed to a sheek & flowy style. When I returned to work, I received so many complements & was asked which salon did I go to? Which I was happy to share that I've found my new favorite salon & hair dresser!

The guy at the counter was cute and friendly. I bought some blue malva conditioner. Though expensive it's worth it.

No wait time at all. Ross didn't hesitate to inquire about my previous services to clarify my thoughts about some concerns I had immediately following a color service. He was reassuring, provided education, & offered to make modifications if desired. I didn't (& glad I didnt) but appreciated his approach. I received so many compliments on the end results to the exent people have been VERY direct that I MUST NOT go else where for my hair needs. He's very articulate & feels like he listens to u. That's a must!

As usual I had a fabulous experience with Alyssa and as always was welcomed with a smile and an offer of something to drink when I arrived The counter folks are always so pleasant and greet me with a smile and cheery voice it is a positive environment and just simply a fun place to visit and be pampered I look so forward to coming into Phia every single time and now I arrive early just to be there for a few extra minutes.

Went in to get an allover color to cover up my outgrown highlights. I brought in a lock of some clip in hair extension I have to tell my hairstylist around what color I wanted my new hair. My stylist Bibb did an awesome job and matched my hair almost exactly to my hair extensions. He was very friendly and I felt like I was chatting away with a friend the whole time. Have been getting compliments on my new hair color ever since I got it dyed by him. Overall a great experience!

I was having a hair crisis where another salon messed up hair on a Saturday and I had an important meeting on Tuesday. I looked online and found Phia. When I called the man who set my appointment was so respectful and empathetic to my situation that he was able to squeeze me in on a busy Sunday. The hair stylist was just as respectful and empathetic. She even spent more time consulting with me and having another stylist provide input than I expected. I felt very taken care and if that wasn't enough they used aveda products and the total cost was all under 30$. Great cut, great products, great service, great price. Win win win!!!

I have only wonderful things to say about Phia Salon. I am always greeted with a friendly and warm welcome, offered a beverage, and quickly met by my stylist. Curtis is wonderful. Since I started going to Phia, Curtis has helped my evolve into a new, modern hair style and I am very happy with how I look. Every time I get a cut, I consistently get great compliments from friends and even customers at work. I would recommend Phia Salon, and Curtis to anyone.

From the freshly brewed coffee made with freshly ground beans that greets me at the door to the heavenly scalp massage and the expert, precision haircut, my visits to Phia are always a calm, pampering session. Michelle's sense of artistry and perfection make my life easier with a beautiful, easy to care for and long-lasting flattering haircut. She has patiently guided me through coloring to going naturally grey and from short pixies to longer bob cuts over the last 4 years and I have loved ever style and her for her humor and patience with my ever-changing midlife mind.

I was really dissappointed with my last hair cut & decided to finally head into Phia after numerous reccomendations from my roommate. I gave Leigh an idea of what I wanted and she went above and beyond to shape my hair into what I wanted, while being very vocal about what she was doing while she was doing. I was not left in the dark & we were on the same page about everything, which I would have to say was my favorite part of the whole experience.

I have gone twice so far ms each time more impressed! Everyone is friendly and my stylist is amazing. I never had a consistent stylist before and I will now never go anywhere else! My haircut was exactly the way I wanted it, it lays just right and I like how my stylist explains everything!

The staff was very friendly at Phia. Everyone made sure that I was comfortable, bringing me a cup of coffee, and happy, checking to make sure I liked the results. Samantha, my stylist, was wonderful at listening to my request and executing it to both our satisfaction. Even though I was only getting my bangs trimmed, it was an excellent experience and I will definitely be going back in the future.

While it is more expensive than most salons I've ever been to, I have had no shortage of compliments from complete strangers on how fantastic my hair looks. When random people stop you to say, you look great, it really does change your perspective of yourself.

I wish I could fully explain to you just how wonderful this experience was. Chelsea has been working tirelessly to get my hair back to my natural blonde from the red which I have had for 14 some years. Yesterday she went through adding the tinyest highlights I have ever had. It took her hours. But the end result was so awesome, I couldn't stop smiling. Its shinny and soft and almost back to my natural. Thanks so much!

I am a huge fan of my most recent haircut. It is exactly what I was looking for, and Allyson did a fantastic job. In the past I struggle with finding stylists who had experience with funkier haircuts. It is great to have someone who is savvy with those cuts.

While it was very expensive compared to what I usually pay, my stylist also gave me advice on what I wanted so what she didn't wasn't what I went in wanting which was probably a good thing. She also taught me how to continue styling my hair. I have been stopped by dozens of people telling me my hair looks good. It's fantastic and I've been recommending phia ever since.
