Everything was great. My normal stylist was ill and the person who maintained my appointment was fantastic. She made sure she was asking lots of questions, checking notes, and doing a good job exact step of the way.

Ryan was my stylist and she was great; approachable yet had great input and advice for the best style and products for my hair. All staff was very friendly and greeted me, took care of my experience very well.

Liv is an asset to your salon. She was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable with what she was doing. She took lots of time to make sure she had the color right and did a great job.

I called that day for a last minute hair cut hoping to relieve my stress from a busy day and they were able to fit me in same day when many other places in Columbus could not. I was very pleased.

I had a wonderful experience! Haircuts are my indulgent time for myself, and to be given a slow and thoughtful mini facial along with consulting and my stylist really taking her time, the experience was perfect.

Really great experience. I had had the same lady cutting my hair for 20 years so I was a little apprehensive about someone else cutting my hair but the experience was by far one of my favorites in a salon.
