A great experience. Ryan installed three dimmer switches and also helped me out by removing a broken bulb from a light socket. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job. Prices were a bit higher than you might find elsewhere, but I wanted this done quickly and didn't mind paying a little extra for responsiveness and the extremely prompt turnaround time. I'll definitely use Weltman's services again.
Richard Haberle corrected a plumbing problem quickly and efficiently and I appreciated his recognition of the problem and his advice. also, he replaced a light bulb in a light fixture that is impossible for me to reach!!

Brian L. noticed my badly corroded tub drain pipe when he was in my basement on a completely different assignment! He showed me what bad shape the tub drain was in, estimated the repair cost, and was back within a week to fix it. So much better than waiting for that pipe to burst :-)

FINDING THAT HIDDEN ISSUE. During the recent spate of warm days this month, we turned on our central A/C, to get some humidity out of the house. The unit did not come on, so we called Weltman. Brian L. came, climbed into our attic, and found a very minor issue with a moisture sensor. He corrected it and the A/C came on. But rather than just departing, he decided on his own to do a check of the system -- he wasn't just going to assume anything. Sure enough, he found issues that probably would not have surfaced until we tried to turn the A/C on again in the spring! He was at our home for hours. He corrected the problems he found, and did not leave until he double-checked that the system was working flawlessly. He also made sure to explain to us exactly what he found at each stage,and how he was going to fix it. (The cherry on top was that the visit cost nothing, as we have a service agreement with Weltman. Yay!)
Carmine was prompt, courteous and extremely professional. When I had to have facet changed, he offered different types for me to choose from. He finished the job in a decent amount of time and was very friendly. Thank you Carmine!!!!
Dave was terrific, professional, helpful and pleasant to have in the house.
Everyone at Weltman is so nice and very professional. My appointment was scheduled, I was called to be told when a technician was on his way, and Chris was extremely nice and completed his services politely and with my complete satisfaction! I am very happy that I chose Weltman for my heating and air-conditioning needs!!!

highly recommend Carmine A and Weltman for their promptness and thoroughness of their service call .Also Carmine was pleasant and patient. Very pleased with entire experience.
Tech Charles P. & Domanique were very helpful to us. Charles explained the benefits of replacing our furnace & water heater while Domanique was very helpful in setting up an appointment with the Weltman personnel responsible to come & speak to us about prices.

Jason B inspected our heating system and made some recommendations to improve the efficiency of the boiler, there was no hard sell or pressure just facts so we could make an informed decision. Jason was very courteous and knowledgeable, we signed up for a plan and feel well at ease knowing that we are covered for any home needs! Thanks Jason you are a credit to Weltman and an excellent ambassador for the company.

Chris Egner was very helpful with my furnace problem explaining what was wrong and efficiently resolving it. He even suggested something that would prevent and notify me of this problem in the future. Yes I now have green water in my furnace. Thank You Chris! (Smile)

Steve the technician arrived when promised (preceded by a telephone call from "the home office" to let us know he was on his way). He performed the winterizing of our heating system efficiently, added a few experience-based suggestions, and was on his way. Another positive Weltman experience.
