I had my second experience with Rich H. at Weltman Home Services. As before, he was courteous and efficient. He checked my leaking kitchen sink soap dispenser and placed an order for a new one. Then he offered to do my yearly plumbing maintenance inspection, which took no time at all. I then asked him to quote me a price on a waterline for a refrigerator, and he went out of his way to seek a route through my kitchen cabinets for the new waterline. All in all I am VERY please with Rich's capabilities and knowledge and would not hesitate to request his services again. Thanks again Rich!

Jason was prompt (and I thank Lantz for calling to let us know he was available earlier than expected, and inquiring whether it was OK to send him over.) courteous, and as always efficient. Over the years, I and my family members have used Weltman for various plumbing, heating, and A/C issues, and it's always nice to see a familiar face at the door. This time, it was an A/C problem, and then. . no longer a problem!

Sump pump started acting up on none the less Memorial weekend. Called Weltman and Jason was here in 45 minutes. Showed him what the issue was - he gave the sump pump a good whack on top and it started working properly again. He said the cellinoid for the shut off was just stuck. I figured great - 2 minutes and $100.00 bill. He gave me an estimate for a new pump and the work required. Then saw my ID on the table and asked if I was military. I said yes and he said there was no charge - Memorial Day special. I will be certain to use Weltman again.

Bryan provided a very pleasant and efficient phone interface. Carmine was courteous and efficient and fixed the problem,. Carmine also provided comments that were very valuable and informative. The Weltman service experience as well as the knowlegable service team are what makes me keep coming back.
