Had no heat.. Brian came over and promptly identified the problem .. Gave an honest no pressure assessment and a range of recommendations. Brian was courteous and personable and quiet enough to not even wake a 2 year old. Thanks for the great work and professionalism.

Mr. Pipitone visited our home recently and provided a detailed consult with regard to some upgrades we are considering. The technician Charlie P fixed our gas fireplace which did not work for 7 years. The service was excelent and very pleasant.

This has been the fourth time I have used Weltman Home Service, and I will continue to use them and trust their service. Brian L. was able to fix my zone heating issue in about 2 hours. He arrived on the early end of my estimated service window as well. He also got me to finally sign up for their service plan which I have been so resistant too. But if you really factor in the discount on service they give you, the plan pays for itself in one job typically. Weltman still may not be the cheapest vendor out their, but they are reliable. I'd rather pay a bit more and have peace of mind.

Domanique got everything right and scheduled Brent at a time of my choosing. If everyone who came and did work in our house was as good and as pleasant as Brent it would be a wonderful world. When he left the area looked better than when he came. We are happy.
Weltman always provides excellent service. Rich H was very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I will continue to use Weltman in the future. Brian L who came back to complete the job was also very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He worked so neat that when the work was complete I did not even have to clean up. Great job.

Weltman Home Services. They are there when you need them! Charlie installed the new water heater and carbon filter. Our Town Inspector commented that it was one of the best jobs he had seen--clean, professional, excellent overall. Each one of the workers who came to our house was truly a professional. The experience we had replacing parts in a bathroom was very good as it regarded the Weltman employee- Brent Berry. He was professional, explained what needed to be done and concerned with our satisfaction with the work he was doing. The overall experience fell short in terms of the appointment scheduling. Weltman over the past 3 months has had to cancel appointments for both this particular job and for our regular heating maintenance 3 times! In 2 of these instances we had already been home waiting when we were notified that the technician would be unable to keep the appointment. This is disappointing and has had us rethinking our annual service plan with your company.

Steve G came to our home and quickly identified the problem with the furnace. While performing the repair he gave me an education on the operation of the unit. He pulled into the driveway as I arrived home from work. He saw that I was removing my work boots and put on shoe covers so not to track anything onto the carpets. I found this to be impressive. The furnace is working fine now thanks to his efforts.

Perfect. From the original email received, which confirmed the introduction, to the early first call and coordination from John in the office, to the experienced Tech whom came to address the issue. Ryan the Technician was honest and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my problem and proposed the correct solution. The work was completed quickly, and professionally all within the Saturday morning we made contact. The project consisted of trouble-shooting and analyzing a bathroom installation, removing and correcting old hazardous wiring, then providing a new circuit with the code appropriate wiring for a switch, vanity light, vent fan, and GFCI outlet. When the time comes to do the other unit (2-family), I will contact Weltman first.... Don B.

Steven G. was an excellent tech who came to fix my furnace. He was able to diagnose the problem, fix the problem in a time efficient manner. He completed the task with aplumb. I would definately have him come back and do a complete inspection of all the heating needs in my home.

Steven G. did an excellent job on doing our furnace tuneup. He explained what he was doing and pointed out that we needed 2 new filters. All in all, he was very professional and got the job done.
