This is the first time this technician, Carmine Aumenta, came to my home for a service call. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained two solutions and gave me a choice. We both agreed on the one. He worked quickly and cleaned everything up. He was another example of the great service that I receive when I call Weltman. They are a pleasure to deal with from the person that answers the phone to the technician that comes to my home and fixes the problem.

When is the best time to have a sewer blockage? Not late on a Sunday night! Unfortunately for Charlie, he had to come in the middle of the night to help us, and it took well into the early hours of Monday morning. He did an awesome job with a less than easy situation. He was also kind enough to replace the toilet flush unit that I had McGyvered with fishing line two years ago.

Kyle W. was extremely professional and very informative. He took the time to ensure that we were equipped with all the information necessary to make a decision about our hot water heater repair. He had to make efforts to find a part we needed and called several suppliers and then the manufacturer until he found it. He then came back this morning to finish the job. I called weltman to clear a slow drain. The tech cleaned the drain in the master bath no problem. I also had the tech clean the drain in my sons bathroom, and was told by him that there really wasn't anything in the drain to cause it to back up. I was surprised and disappointed that there wasn't a discount issued for the second drain. Btw charging $221 per drain is not cheap!! When my son came home from school, he informed me that the drain in his shower WAS NOT clogged. I misunderstood him, and thought he said it was backing up. So, basically I paid an extra $221 + tax on a drain that did not need cleaning. I feel like I was totally taken advantage of, and will never use this company again. I was charged almost $500 to clean one drain that needed it, and to open and pretend to clean a second drain that didn't need it. $500 for 15 minutes of work. Totally not worth it!!!!!

One of the best "experts" to come into our house and do the task at hand, replace our kitchen faucet and Kyle was very clean in his task. Very efficient in knowing what to do.

Heat went out in the evening a few nights ago so I called Weltman as I have in the past for other fixes (plumbing ,etc.). Unfortunately all of their technicians were out on calls which was not unexpected on one of the coldest nights in NJ. Thankfully they put us on one of the first calls the next morning. They arrived on time and were able to diagnose and fix the issue relatively quickly (fortunately not a huge fix). For a similar fix last year, we used another company which was much cheaper, however we were given the runaround while they waited on a part to arrive and were without heat for about 4 days. We are confident that when calling Weltman, we will at least have our issue fixed in a reasonable amount of time.
Everyone, from the people who answered the phone to the technician who came to my home, was professional and responsive. Rich had to work under some pretty undesirable conditions -- including extreme cold and snow outside, but he was very good-natured and professional throughout. He was respectful of my home and took care coming in and out with all the materials needed. He also took time to explain the situation and answer my questions. I was very pleased with the service.
Planning on replacing my present HVAC and met with Pat M. He was very easy and comfortable to talk to, very knowledgeable and readily addressed any of my concerns and questions. Since this is my first dealing with Weltman, I needed to be reassured that changing companies would be a wise move. Pat definitely made me feel that I have made the right decision. Now it's up to the company to live up to the impression of professionalism and customer satisfaction that Pat established.
