Dr. Kroll, a 1964 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine, has been helping patients with chronic pain since April 2011. After a successful 43 year career as an ophthalmic surgeon and tempered by his own 45+ year continuing daily battle with chronic pain he saw the need for an ethical, compassionate approach to chronic pain management. He was born and reared in Chicago, IL. He fulfilled his active duty army service before entering the University of Michigan to complete his undergraduate studies. After receiving his medical degree he completed an internship and a three-year residency in ophthalmology in Chicago. He established a private eye surgery practice in San Jose California from 1968 through 1985. While in San Jose he was a member of the faculty of Stanford University Medical School. He was publicly elected for 3 terms to his local school board. He served as president of the Santa Clara County Professional Services Review Organization and was an alternate delegate to the California Medical Association. He and his wife relocated to Hawaii in 1986. He worked as an ophthalmologist at the Hawaiian Eye Center until retiring at the end of 2003. His wife passed away from cancer in 1995 after almost 34 years of marriage that produced 3 children. He remarried in February 1997 and was fortunate enough to find a 2nd angel. They moved to Georgia in 2004. His wife, Sandy, who worked as a clinic supervisor and nurse for Kaiser Permanente in Hawaii for over 30 years is now a critical member of the Kroll Care team. After working for others he established KROLL CARE, a Licensed Georgia Chronic Pain Clinic, which opened in January 2015 as an independent facility dedicated to fulfilling those needs. Doctor Kroll no longer sees patients but takes an active role in oversight and planning. Kroll Care is staffed by 3 MD's and 2 NP's and 3 LPC's (Counselors)

When I came to Kroll Care I was in need of certian information about things and I got that the day I came in and met Dr. Kroll.
He was very through and through about letting me know how things work at his clinic. If your gonna try to pull a fast one for whatever reason this is not the place. They are the real deal and do things the way they should be done. The staff is super friendly and have gone out of thier way more than once to help me get things done. The front desk is very good about helping you get the appointment times that best work for you and your schedule. I dont really care for the 21 day routine (only because I travel alot for work) But i understand it because it helps keep a closer eye on your treatment plan. This place has more than just prescription medication to offer. They help you by many other means of treatment. I can really say that this place is not a pill mill and goes above and beyond what they are required to do. I highly recommend This clinic. Give it a try

I've been going to pain clinics since 2002 and I must say this is the best! Kristina, Karen, Kristi, Melissa, and Larry are the best!!! From the first visit on, they create a personal care plan for each patient. I was and am so impressed! I recommend this clinic to everyone. The care and support you get here is phenomenal. They make sure your medication is appropriate for your individual care. Also, being able to get injections is really wonderful. So many clinics are only concerned with basic prescribing, and can sometimes over medicate. Having the options to add injections really improves the overall care. I only wish I had known about this clinic years ago!

I have been coming here for over 2 years and actually look forward to my visits. Counseling, chiropratic work, medical....all of the staff are truly wonderful and so caring. The office is beautifully decorated and clean. It's a spa experience.
I have been coming to this clinic for years and I love them. When I say God puts people on this earth for a reason he put them here to help us. Dr. Odem is one of the most caring doctors I've had in a long time. He will sing and/or pray with you if you ask him to and he actually listens to every word you say. I would recommend anyone to come see him. I live over an hour away and will not be leaving. The rest of the staff is super friendly and try their hardest to make you feel welcomed. Dr. Kroll has hired a wonderful staff to work at his clinic.
I come here for my trigger point injections and they work great
his willingness to keep treating people in pain management even though it has a bad reputation because he knows people need it
