Kroll Care
General Info
Dr. Kroll, a 1964 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine, has been helping patients with chronic pain since April 2011. After a successful 43 year career as an ophthalmic surgeon and tempered by his own 45+ year continuing daily battle with chronic pain he saw the need for an ethical, compassionate approach to chronic pain management. He was born and reared in Chicago, IL. He fulfilled his active duty army service before entering the University of Michigan to complete his undergraduate studies. After receiving his medical degree he completed an internship and a three-year residency in ophthalmology in Chicago. He established a private eye surgery practice in San Jose California from 1968 through 1985. While in San Jose he was a member of the faculty of Stanford University Medical School. He was publicly elected for 3 terms to his local school board. He served as president of the Santa Clara County Professional Services Review Organization and was an alternate delegate to the California Medical Association. He and his wife relocated to Hawaii in 1986. He worked as an ophthalmologist at the Hawaiian Eye Center until retiring at the end of 2003. His wife passed away from cancer in 1995 after almost 34 years of marriage that produced 3 children. He remarried in February 1997 and was fortunate enough to find a 2nd angel. They moved to Georgia in 2004. His wife, Sandy, who worked as a clinic supervisor and nurse for Kaiser Permanente in Hawaii for over 30 years is now a critical member of the Kroll Care team. After working for others he established KROLL CARE, a Licensed Georgia Chronic Pain Clinic, which opened in January 2015 as an independent facility dedicated to fulfilling those needs. Doctor Kroll no longer sees patients but takes an active role in oversight and planning. Kroll Care is staffed by 3 MD's and 2 NP's and 3 LPC's (Counselors)

The front desk girl cristy is awesome. The entire staff is amazing. They listen to me and are very caring. The whole place is great
The staff is great and very professional. Its usually hard for anyone to draw my blood but she got it on the first try. Kroll Care is the best place to come to. They really care about ur overall health and they make u feel like family.
always professional
everyone is so very respectful and knowledgerable
this is my 1st visit and i9m very pleased. i thought these kind of drs exsisted. very good bed side maanner
I've been very impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff and Doctor's at Kroll Care. I greatly appreciate their level of care taken with each patient.
Everything is great with the exception of having to take more time off work in 7 days to return again. I love this office but I truly feel that this 7 day policy is not effecent. Hopefully I will not loose my job when they find out I have to return in days and then again in 2 more weeks.
seemed concerned and willing to help
great. very caring and willing to listen. makes you feel comfortable and like they really care.
Have been with Dr.Kroll for years.
The dr always listens and gives me his feedback as far as my healthcare is concerned
Most professional clinic I have ever been to in my life. They are the most through clinic. You do everything here. They do other things than just hand out a prescription.
When I came to Kroll Care I had experienced less than compassionate care. Dr. Kroll took time to listen to my pain issues and welcomed me with true understanding. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Kroll. The staff at Kroll Care exceeded every expectation and and have helped me learn to live with my pain issues. My pain is finally managed due to their caring and expertise. I am glad that I found them and would recommend them highly.
I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help. Polite staff. Always helpful anytime of day
The practice treats your pain as a whole mental, physically and psychologically, not just dispensing medication without a well check and evaluation.
I am surprised that this level of caring and sympathy is not available from my regular doctors. the fact that I was not met with doubt and suspicion in regards to my need for pain treatment was surprising and I am very thankful for this clinic's level of caring.
Having been in pain management for 20+ year i would recommend this clinic over any others i have ever been to. They are thorough, have excellent care and willingness to listen.
From my first meeting Dr Odem, I felt like he is truly wanting to help me. Ive had bad experiences with Orthopedic Dr.s just wanting to inject my back, nerve blocks, epidurals and traction.
The Doctor and NP are fantastic. I wish I could see the doctor as my primary care doctor along with pain but he doesn't accept my current insurance. As soon as he does I will be transfering all my stuff to this facility. They are a one stop shop and I love it. I dont like that they dont have a doctor in network with all insurances and how the front desk receptionist was rude and took forever to come to the front desk to help other patients. But not everything can be peaches and cream so If thats all I have to deal with to get the best care in georgia then thats what im going to do.
the staff and doctors are friendly and courteous they take time to listen to ;you.
