The good reviews convinced me to book this hotel on our way to South Carolina. The price was amazing for the quality! Clean, great shower, comfy bed, temperature easily controlled, breakfast variety good (could use some fresh fruit), friendly service. Located 5 minutes from huge shopping mall, theater, and tons of nice restaurants.The thing we really appreciated was the clerk telling us to let him know right away if anything was wrong with the room. Will return - in fact we're booked for out return trip to Indiana.

Location, neatness, friendly staff (Mirek), amenities, everything scores for this Super 8 in the outskirts of Knoxville. Having had one disastrous experience, and now always checking mattresses carefully before I commit to any motel room, I was especially impressed with the bedbug-impervious covers on boxsprings and mattresses. But the high-end furniture and spotless first impression in the room suggested there was no need for concern. Dog owners staying at this pet-friendly definitely want to check out the delightful trails at Campbell Station Park behind the library just about a mile down the road. But there's ample green space for dog-walking on the grounds if you don't have time.

We have never stayed in a Super 8 before and were a little concerned. Didn't need to be. This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were updated, large and Clean. There was a continental breakfast each morning and it was more than enough. The hotel was clean and really a welcome addition to our trip. We spent 3 nights and had no complaints at all. The location is convenient ...right by the interstate and every restaurant and store you can imagine. There is a large shopping area close by. The check in was quick. And everyone we met that worked here was great. And helpful to us since we do not know the area. I would not hesitate to come back here.

What a treat at the end of a long day of driving. This Super 8 was excellent, clean, well appointed, friendly staff and a nice little pool to cool off in. I have found that almost all Super 8 motels have been updated and offer really nice rooms at a great value.

Stayed here on our way back to ATL and were not disappointed. Friendly staff, clean rooms, gr8 bfast!

I found this hotel very nice. It was clean, quiet, friendly, location was great, and a great TV. The night clerk when checking in was a really super nice guy. His name is Merik. I must say, when checking out next morning, the front desk person was very unfriendly and didn't even want to talk. What a difference between night and day. Literally. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again. In fact, on the way back home, we just may stay at the same place.

Friendly front desk staff. Very helpful and courteous. Clean room. Breakfast Area was clean but could of used a little more variety. Otherwise very satisfied with the stay and value. Quiet area. Close to restaurants. Close to shopping.

An excellent hotel and a great rate. I would highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the area. The rooms were very clean and had recently been updated with new carpet, paint and TV's. We hope to return in the near future.

We were looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay one night on our trip back from Florida. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and pleasant. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us. I asked for the best available rate. He gave us a discount on the room which was less than what I expected to pay, based on what I saw online. He offered information about the area and gave us a hand-written map with various retail stores and restaurants in case we were hungry. The room was clean and properly equipped. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. When you are driving from Florida to Michigan, all you hope for is a good hotel where you can get a restful sleep, to wake up refreshed and ready to complete your drive home. Well, this hotel provided that for us. We were very happy with our stay here and will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
They are overall a pretty clean place, and very quiet!!! However im very disappointed in the way that MEMBERS of the STAFF treat their guest! I'm a contracter and i'm required to stay for long and extended periods of time! They will relocate or move you to other rooms that you have not or didnt request! They have members of the staff (male) that are very short with the guest that may have legitimate inquiries! However the morning shift staff are very friendly and helpful!!! I would recommend them for just a short stay simply because of the management moving you against your will and the arragance of the evening shift staff MEMBER!!
