I would recommend that it was very nice and clean hotel I would definitely stay there next time. The rooms were very big and moreover the staff was very friendly. They do have a good breakfast too. Overall it was amazing.

We travel from Pittsburgh 4 or 5 times a year to Gulf Shores AL. After 7 years of doing this we have a list of favorite hotels to stay depending on what time we leave and how far we expect to go the first day. Our plan was to stay in Knoxville but wanted to get past the city to avoid any morning traffic. This Super 8 had everything we were looking for and more. Check-in was easy and the clerk was very nice. Our room was in the back by the pool but it had closed already anyhow so it was quiet and secluded. Carpeting looked new and the room was clean. The largest bathroom I've ever seen in a overnight hotel but the biggest surprise came when we moved the nightstand to plug in my phone. There were no dust bunnies or cobwebs!! I even called my husband over to look. The bed was so comfortable we both slept longer than we usually do on these trips. Good coffee and enough of a breakfast to start our day makes this a place that will definitely make our list.

Great price for a clean and spacious room for our family. Plus a nice breakfast. The staff was friendly and quick to meet the needs of the guests.

We stopped here on the way to finish the daughters bridal arrangements. First of all may I say that the gentleman to greet us was very nice. Also making sure we had a room that would be on the ground floor. The room was great. Very clean and the air worked great. Lots of TV channels and the wifi worked without a hitch. The breakfast was very good. The waffles were great, cinnamon buns perfect . Coffee not to bad. I have often wondered why hotels dont offer better coffee - But I Guess I just drink better coffee. All in ALL Very Good. If you are in I40 going west out of Knoxville Give these guys a shot. You wont regret it.

We were very pleased with the hotel. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again when we travel to Knoxville!

We were on our way back to Canada from Florida and decided to stay overnight at the Super 8. The employee Mirek greeted us like we were family. We told him that we were planning on leaving early in the morning he said that he would make sure that breakfast was ready so that we had a good meal to start off our travelling day. The waffles were awesome. Good job Merik!! This Hotel is spotless...very comfortable and Merik is super friendly. We will be back that's for sure....

Hotel is very convenient to the highway. Room was much nicer than I expected. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff, both at check-in and check-out, was very responsive and helpful. I had a very early departure - there was fresh coffee ready even though the breakfast did not start for a couple of hours. The front desk manager gave me danishes for the road and offered me other items that were not yet set out for the continental breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were on the road and needing a place to spend the night on our way to Charleston, SC and decided on this location. We were very satisfied with the service and accommodations. It looked like they were doing some renovations to the rooms and new bedding was being installed. Staff is friendly, room was very reasonably priced and included breakfast. Win, win, win!

Hey this is a Super 8. I expect not much frills and that is what I got. But that is OK. The room was clean. The carpet was new. They indicated the bed was new. Seemed OK. Everything worked. Wish they had some fruit for breakfast. Maybe some thawed frozen fruit would be fine. But that is OK. A mile or 2 away is an upscale mall. In another direction there is fast food. Pretty convenient area. For the night or a stop over off the express way, this is a great value IMO.

I stayed one night and when I left I forgot one of my bags. The hotel tried to contact me and they held my bag till I returned to pick it up. Very nice room and great customer service. Room was very quiet and in a great location just outside of Knoxville. The service desk went out of their way to help me.

I'm a truck driver. I like that they have plenty room to park my "big rig". I've stayed here plenty of times in the past couple years. The place is very clean, hotel staff is very friendly. Plenty of nearby places to eat, shop & visit. I would recommend this Super 8 to anyone.

We stay at this motel 3 or 4 times a year. The location is close to top restaurants and shopping stores. However, it is the personal service that keeps us coming back!

We were happy to see a very clean room and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed a good nights sleep. Front desk check in and check out was easy and pleasant. We didn't eat breakfast there as we planned to eat at the Iron Skillet at the Petro Truck stop.

This hotel had great customer service when we walked in. The rooms were recently remodel with 42' flat screens tv so the kids had fun watching tv on that. The complimentary hot breakfast was great. This hotel was great value and good price for a family on a budget. I would recommend everyone to stay here if you need a hotel for the night!!!

Our family stopped in Knoxville for a night on a recent road trip. We were very pleased with the location. Close to the freeway but a cute little area with shopping and restaurants right there. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. Couldn't ask for much more. We will stop here again.

This is a very nice place to stay. We've been here before on our trip to this area and knew we would be comfortable. The owners and staff do everything to make sure your stay is exactly as you would like it to be. The rooms are large and very clean. The furniture and appliances are newer and well taken care of. Comfortable beds and sitting area in the room. The breakfast is good and the lobby and breakfast areas are clean, well stocked and neat. It is close to the highway and every place you would want to eat or shop. Overall excellent. Better than many we have stayed at for twice the cost.

This was an excellent stay! The gentleman at the front desk showed wonderful customer service skills - friendly, very informative, and even helped with our bags. Room was clean and comfortable. The next time we travel through the area, we will definitely spend the night at that Super 8. Many, many thanks!

The room was great...very clean. The TV reception was great!! Visited with wife's sister & hubby. Bkfast at motel was great!! Christmas lunch with son Chris & family was very enjoyable. When we got back to motel, room was all clean.

we enjoyed the prozimity to where we were going. the room was clead with a firm mattress and upgraded tv.
