The office staff is great, courteous and friendly. Marlene actually opened the door for me after hours so I could purchase product. Annette not only asks about the patient's life and also shares snippets of her life. Anita is professional and friendly.
Visits with Dr. Shaheen and staff is similar to visiting a friend you really like but don't see too often.

Dr Shaheen and his entire office have been extremely helpful, professional, and friendly in my experiences with them. They listen to question and concerns and reply in and understanding, caring, and reassuring manner. Would recommend!
