From my first consultation to my post op appointment Dr Rafailov showed the utmost in professionalism. I had eyelid surgery both upper and lower and he did such an amazing job. He took the time to explain both the procedure and the outcome which made me feel very much at ease . I would most definitely recommend Dr Rafailov to anyone who would want or need any kind of eye surgery .
Dr Rafailov is very pleasant, informative and professional. He told me the pros and cons of my procedure and didn’t pressure me into making a decision right away. For almost a year I was dealing with bad eye allergies an excessive tearing all the time that got worse and worse over time. I saw 4 doctors and an allergist and no one could figure out what was wrong. I was on and off steroid and allergy drops for months. My ENT recommended Dr Rafailov and it was life changing after months of swollen puffy and runny eyes. He was able to determine problem and also discovered I was allergic to an ingredient in all the eye drops I was using. I am so thankful for the recommendation from my ENT and for Dr. Rafailov for making me feel like myself again.
