Dr. Leon Rafailov was courteous, attentive, and professional, providing enough info to soothe your concerns.
One of the best experiences and outcome one could have. Dr Rafailov explained everything in detail and put me at ease in understanding the procedure and what out come I could expect. Was spot on in taking something difficult to explain and making it easy. Dr Rafailov certainly has a talent in making you look your best and goes beyond and above standard care. On side note I think he just really likes challenges and enjoys what he does. Glad I chose him as my Doctor.

Dr. Rafailov put me at ease. I was very anxious about my up coming ocular plastic surgery. He explained how the procedure would go and showed me before and after pictures which was very helpful.
The Doctor was very friendly and and the way he explained the procedure made the process go smoothly with no problems. The entire process only took about 5 minutes. Very satisfied with the results!!
For almost a year I was dealing with bad eye allergies an excessive tearing all the time that got worse and worse over time. I saw 4 doctors and an allergist and no one could figure out what was wrong. I was on and off steroid and allergy drops for months. My ENT recommended Dr Rafailov and it was life changing after months of swollen puffy and runny eyes. He was able to determine problem and also discovered I was allergic to an ingredient in all the eye drops I was using. I am so thankful for the recommendation from my ENT and for Dr. Rafailov for making me feel like myself again.
