Dr Schuler and Tao did an awesome job diagnosing my spinal issue and correcting it. It was a complex issue that required continued treatments but the team hung in there with me and got me back on my feet again. VSI is a great facility and I will continue to trust them with my future care.

I came to Dr. Nguyen wheelchair bound in extreme pain, with little hope of ever walking again. He listened to every detail of my complicated history and took time to build trust with me. Together we made a pain management plan. It took more than two years, included referrals to the surgical side and to physical therapy, with Dr. Nguyen always part of my team. Now I am mobile with a cane and walker, I can drive short distances, and my pain is managed. I never thought we'd get here, but he always believed we would. He is absolutely amazing.

I have been in pain for years and decided to come to VSI for a second opinion. While meeting with Dr. Nguyen he mentioned stem cells. We talked about diagnostic tests that would be done and I decided this was the right path for me. I had my stem cell procedure 0n Februry 24, It is now April 9 and I can not put into words how truly life changing this has been for me. I had pain and was not very mobile before the procedure... Dr. Nguyen believes that surgery should be the last resort. I had severe continuous back pain in C3-C5. We started with cortisone shots, then radio-frequency ablation, and episiotomies; all worked for a year, then reduced in helpfulness. Finally, rather than fusion surgery, Dr. Nguyen proposed Stem Cell Injections, which was not covered by insurance. It was the best money I've ever spent! It took ~15 months for the stem cells to reach full growth and my pain slowly reduced. Now, I can golf again! I rarely feel any pain at all; only when I overexert myself, and it goes away by the next day. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen!
