I take my children here. They have wonderful teachers and careing staff all around. They provide transportation to 3 schools and that is a huge help. Alot of their teachers work on post at fort knox also. This is a wonderful assest to the children.

I had my child here and took him out. I can't believe that they allow their staff to be so hateful to the kids, hit the kids and are rude to the parents. The staff stays on their cell phones and sits in a chair all day. The kids are free to run wild. My child got hurt because this was allowed and when I questioned them about it, the lady said I don't know what happened your child just needs to learn to sit down and shut up. Do your child a favor don't take them here. They don't care about anything here.

I have several children and went to see this place and they were yelling at the kids, in their faces, not doing anything with them. I even heard one person say I will smack you in the face if you do that again. I was shocked that they allow their workers do talk to the kids this way. And if they are going to act like this with visitors in the building I hate to see what they would do if they didn't have any. Then I witnessed the person driving the van with kids and that person has no business driving it.

Do not take your child here no matter what. This is one of the worse places ever. The staff hit the kids and let them go crazy in the room. The staff stay on their cell phones and yell at the kids. I have witnessed this for myself.

Don't take your kids here. The staff are hateful and hit the kids. They don't pay attention to the kids. They are too busy on their cell phones or talking to other staff. My kid had bruises and they couldn't explain them. Even with the new owners, same staff, same problems. Nothing has changed. Do everyone a favor and go ahead and close your doors before you get closed down.

My child attended here and I took him out because the staff is mean to him. They even left bruises and tried to say that they were there when I brought him. He can speak and told me that his teacher put them on him, but they still tried to say it was me. They are very unprofessional at this daycare and are also on their cell phones while they should be taken care on the kids. The workers were standing around talking with each other and talking about parents and other staff.

One word sums up this place "Nasty". The workers are mean to the kids. My child use to attend there and they told me things that I didn't believe until I saw it for myself. How can you stay in business if you treat kids like this?

I would not ever take a child to the Academy of Learning-Primary House. The staff at this location are careless. They do not use gloves during diaper changes, the dishes are dirty that the kids eat out of, I have personally witnessed staff in childrens faces, pulling on their arms, and have even left bruises. At one point in time they had a registered sex offender working there. Staff yell at the kids a good portion of the time because they are too lazy to deal with them. Staff also cuss infront of the kids and when this was mentioned to the supervisor, the supervisor took no action. The supervisor also had a child sit in the office all day covered in his own urine. This is the same child a staff member bruised but social services found the case inconclusive because the daycare has no cameras in use. Many staff members skip changing diapers and simply write down on the daily that the children were changed. The younger children always have dirty faces.

I would not take my child here because the staff are rude and I witnessed a staff member grab a child by the arm and slam them into a chair while they were screaming at them.

I wasn't happy with the care that I received here. The staff sits around and the kids run wild. My child cries when we pull up in the parking lot. I took my child out immediately. The staff talk mean to the children. Don't take your child here.

I wouldn't take my child back to this place ever. The staff are mean to the children. I even witnessed one staff member smack a child in the face and grab the child's arm. They are more like a bad babysitter instead of a learning center for children. They could care less about the children, just themselves.
