I would never take my child back to this place. He had a terrible experience here. The teacher was very rough with the kids. This is not a lie as one person stated in their review, it is a fact. I seen it for myself. I'm glad that a few people are having a good experience here but my experience was very bad for my son. I'm not sure I can trust anyone anymore with my son after this experience.

I was considering putting my child in here until I saw the person picking up at my child's school and they were really being mean to the kids. What kind of person would tell kids to shut up and sit down. Not impressed at all. You need to find someone more professional and understanding to pick up kids.

The center looks brand new when you walk in and it is so big. The Academy of Learning is really making a difference in this center. I looked at a lot of centers around the area and came back on Sunday and just happened to find the director there and she let me sign up. It was teh best in the area!

I highly recommend this center. I have brought my son here since he was 6 weeks old and he lights up when he sees all the teachers. Even the director stops to hold him and say hi to him. My son was sick last week and they had to call me and they were so good with me. I couldn't get out of work when I wanted to and they didn't harrass me and make me feel bad. When he wasn't there the next day the director called and left a message checking on him. When she didn't get a hold of me she called me on Saturday to check in with me and make sure I didn't need anything. When he came back they all acted so happy to see him and he went straight to them with no problem.

My child hated this place. I pull my child out because he cried all the time when we would pull in the parking lot. I don't know what they are thinking.

My girls had an awesome summer at the Academy of Learning!! They did field trips every week with them and they had so much fun. They went swimming every week and did other things once a week to. Dominoes, movies, blazers they always had something to talk about.

My children go here and I love it. I see a lot of bad reviews and think they are very mistaken. I have two children that are picked up from their school which is a huge help to me. I also have a three year old that yells theirs my school everytime we pass. They were bought out by another company and hopefully soon they can get rid of the primary houses name. I wish that it were agains the rules for these people to come on here and write such lies.

The staff were very harsh speaking to the children and I feel they were not supervising them properly. In order to get into the parking lot you have to do a u-turn on Lincoln Trail which is not very convenient. I was not impressed at all with this facility.

Where did you find your staff? I was not impressed with this daycare. It was dirty and the staff are rude. I heard the staff yelling at the kids and was a little rough with the kids when putting them in chairs, etc. The director is very unprofessional. I also witnessed the staff outside with the kids and they weren't watching them at all. Not a good choice in daycare.

This daycare is very hard to find, not organized and they were smoking in the office. They were too busy eating in the office and smoking cigarettes to give me a tour of the building. I heard the staff yelling at the kids and cursing where they could hear.

I took my child out of here because they were serving my child food with bugs in it. Not to mention they were mean to my child. Hopefully they correct this problem before someone gets hurt. When they give you a bill they try to add days to it that your child wasn't even there. I had to prove to them that my child wasn't there and I only found out when I went to pay and they had signed my child in and forged my name.

I can't believe what I seen when I went to see this place. Staff yelling at the children, grabbing their arms, one child was sitting in wet clothes and the kids were going wild. When I asked if they were going to change the childs pants, the staff ignored me and went on talking to another staff member about going out drinking. I can't believe that the State allows this type of center to be open.

As I was reading the reviews I could not help but notice all the reviews were basically the same, they are accurate however, I use to work here, I quit on my own, I am not a bitter employ, I actually go there from time to time to visit old friends, and see some of the kids I use to have in my class. However, this place is very unprofessional, they do back ground checks on employs , however I think they hire only abusers, don't get me wrong there are a few good employs, but more not than so. I have witnessed maggots in beans and just burnt blackened food, corn dogs always burnt, you are lucky if you get a meal that is not burnt or maggot filled, and I noticed the response from another employ on here, but she told us not to serve that to her children that were present, every employ that had children in my class came to tell me not to serve that to THEIR children, well when I realized what it was I served it to NO child. Very disgusting, should be out of business, Im shocked their not!!!!!

I was visiting and the staff grabbed a little girl by the arm and threw her in a chair. I was so upset and left. I didn't even want to see the daycare anymore. All I heard was screaming at the kids.

I wouldn't take my kids here. My kids have come home with bruises and scratches that the staff can't explain. Social Services have been there numerous times investigating this center. The staff never know what is going on with the kids. If they would stop getting on their cell phones they might know what is going on

This place is so unorganized. They try to charge you more than what you owe and the staff are mean to the kids. I have 4 C's and they kept telling them that I owe different balances so I couldn't leave. Thank God I had all my receipts. I finally got to take my kids out of this place.

I called around and checked with other parents that I worked with and they had said don't take your child here. I went to see it anyway so I could make my own decision and I should have listened to them. They scream at the kids all day.

I went to visit and wasn't impressed. After reading the reviews this place has I really wasn't impressed. I witnessed staff yelling at children and I am afraid if they do this why I was there visiting what would they do to the kids when I'm not there. The staff were not helpful at all and very rude at that. I'm very concerned about the well being of the children that attend there. I left immediately after what I seen.

I regret ever taking my kids here because they don't care about them. My kids came home with bruises and cuts on them and it didn't look like it was from an accident. They couldn't tell me what really happened. The workers are always on their cell phones and not watching the kids. Don't take your kids here if you care anything about them or you will regret it.

My son had bruises on him all the time and no one knew what happened. These people need to learn how to take care of kids. Stop sitting around in a chair and play with them and they wouldn't run around and get hurt. My son would scream when I would leave and would run out of the room away from the teacher when I show up to get him. He would look like he had been crying all day. When I asked the teacher would say I don't know whats wrong with him. I was so angry I pulled him out and went somewhere else. My son didn't deserve to be treated like this and neither does any other child.
