The whole event went well......someone phoned me to tell me that he was on the way.......he was completely professional, explaining what might take place, the fee, etc......After my giving approval, they set to work and completed the task in no time at all. I was very impressed that DRF allows her the latitude to assist and do what ever it takes to satisfy the customer. She is very personable and professional at the same time. I never used Home Depot for any installation before and was very pleasantly surprise as to the helpfulness of the customer service rep Joyce (X4001) and the pro plumber Matt Beake. Joyce really worked with me to secure the necessary permit and Matt was on time and very professional. The inspection passed with flying colors and the inspector even commented on how excellent the work was done and how clean the site was left. The service was above and beyond what I had expected.
