Tom/Matt were great. They showed up on time and completed the work in enough time for me to get to the office and complete a full days work. I was extremely please with there work. and they wore booties over their shoes so that our floor did not get dirty. My was very please about that too. I would have rated them 10 starts, but you only had five. Thanks Georges Couloute

Tom and Tyler were great. Professional, clean, and knowledgeable. I needed a new hot water heater and they got me taken care of on the same day I called. Will definitely look them up next time I need a plumber.

I am satisfied with the installation of my hot water heater. However, what I do not like is the fact that you are given an installation price to install a hot water heater but when the plumbers arrive they find they need to ad a couple hundred dollars of work due to codes. The extra work is VERY minor with next to nothing in extra pipes. This brings the installation up to $630 to install a hot water heater which takes about an hour to do. Customers hate the surprise add on extra charges and especially being overcharged for those extras.

Excellent service from Chris and Tom. Quick efficient and gave great advice on how to maintain hot water tank going forward. A little pricey but hopefully worth it in the end.

They spilled a toxic smelly glue which made us leave the house for a few hours, they didn't admit or apologize for the spill and we found it after they left.

Jesse did an excellent job installing our new water heater. He let us know exactly what he did (including parts he replaced) and how to light the pilot.

Very professional and quick job done by Rich and his assistant. Noticed I needed a new valve and replaced for me as well while he was here. Placed old water heater in a bag to remove, preventing any leakage or mess. Would highly recommend.
